Sounds like she has been…read morebusiness for a while. she gave us some information that we found out later is not 100% accurate. It's hard for the travel agents to stay up to date on EVERYthing that is offered in the travel industry since it changes so often though. Their location has moved and instead of whiteland, they are further south now in downtown franklin right next to the court house. We were interested in working with them but after meeting numerous travel people at the bridal show, felt like they didn't need to work with us. Since we weren't their priority we gave someone a chance who actually tried for our business. Location is so very far from us to push them otherwise.

I was very disappointed with Four Seasons Travel Agency. Anytime my husband or I had a question we…read morewere never given a definite answer. The owner "him-hawed" around and said she would have to get back with us. She never "got back" with us, we had to call to follow up with her. I had to call the agent to make sure she was looking into prices on flights 2 months prior to us leaving. Her response was, "I was just getting ready to do that". She tried to talk us into driving to Cincinnati, stay in a hotel overnight, and fly out early the next morning (and have to pay to park our vehicle at the airport for a week) all to save us a total of $400 on our flights. I'm pretty sure, the gas money to drive to Cincinnati from Indy, 2 hotel night stays (to and from) and parking for a week at the airport would have cost us close to $400. We had planned a destination wedding. The owner of the travel agency called us the day that all of our documents were due at the resort and told us she needed them that day. When we first spoke to her about our destination wedding she informed us of the documents that would be needed but said she would be in touch with us in plenty of time to get them to the wedding coordinator at the resort. I called the travel agent 3 days prior to leaving to ask some questions regarding excursions offered through the resort. The travel agent "highly encouraged" us to sign up before we left because the excursions book up fast and a we wouldn't want to miss out. Once we were at the resort we decided that we would rather relax at the pool so we canceled what we had booked. The travel agent never informed us that there would be a cancellation fee. We were also told once we were at the resort that we could have easily booked the excursions once we arrived with no trouble. We were informed at the resort that the travel agent gets a "kick back" for any excursion she sets up for her clients and this is more than likely why she pushed for us to sign up ahead of time. Needless to say, we will never use Four Seasons Travel for our travel agent again.

We met at monument circle and unfortunately it was very loud (a band playing that you could hear all over the circle and motorcycles enjoying the weather). Our guide did the best he could to talk over. I can't wait to research some of the stories. We ended our tour at Slippery Noodle with a small surprise and the best stories. The bar offered free cover for attendees so we took advantage. I'd recommend the tour, but I recommend reading the site so you know what to expect.

He gave us an overview as to what we should expect on this tour. Please be aware that most of the tour will be outdoors, so dress appropriately. Unfortunately it was mighty chilly on my tour and we all froze. Regardless of the weather, the tour was very informative. Loved the background stories. At each location we heard about the activities that go on to this day, as well as the tragedy that happened at the location, which may have led to the hauntings. The tour ended at St. Joseph's, where we were able to warm up a bit. And what better way to end the tour than with a stop in a former church turned brewery with it's own haunts.
