Great service, best way to get to/from the airport. Easy to set up and schedule which avoids the usual lottery of Uber/Lyft availability, especially in the early hours when ride shares are limited and you can have a 30-40 minute wait. read more

I had a worry free 4:30 am pick up. Tyrone was 10 minutes early to crazy construction zone at Crown Plaza hotel. The day before I knew about him, I was 1/2 hour late to a meeting because 3 Lyft drivers bailed on me because they only followed the map that did not alert them of the detours. Tyrone is really knowledgeable about the city, courteous, professional and nice. We have an Airbnb in the town and will recommend him to all of our guests. He's a definite must if you have an early pick up! read more

Fortunately, I have the text message evidence with timestamps to prove otherwise, but this is an example of very poor service plus basic dishonesty. Next time I will avoid this unreliable and unsympathetic company, and take a ride-share service for less than half the price from IND airport to Bloomington.

Then we complained about the lack of Internet and it all went downhill from there instead of addressing these problems they chose to chastise us and treat us as lower than them which is not the case. Overall it seems like if you don't mind kissing their ass you'll be just fine here. We were here for 4 months. The laundry room was big and everything was working. The bathrooms were nice and clean but it was funny they had a sign about not providing paper towels cause someone was putting them in the toilet. Overall nice place.

I cannot recommend EZ Transportation enough! From the moment I landed in Indianapolis for a work trip, they made the entire experience stress-free. They were extremely personable, friendly, professional, and communicative every step of the way. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the kind of experience they provide. What stood out most to me was how easy and responsive they were. Everything was seamless, and I never once had to worry about transportation logistics while traveling. Because of how great my experience was, I immediately booked them again for my ride back to the airport. Even at 5AM (which they were there at 4:45 sharp) it was still just as professional. Was in for a Medical Conference and had walk to the grocery store for the first time. After getting my groceries I started walking back to the hotel when my hip started hurting and found myself a little lost with a dead cell phone and missing my charger. After being refused at a couple of places for asking them to call for a taxi; I found a hotel door man that call me a ride to take me a mile away. Tyrone. The most gracious guy on the planet. He escorted me to the car and went back for my groceries and took me to my hotel and did the reverse to door. Had him come back to give me a ride to the airport a couple days later. Originally found them by accident when I was researching finding an Indianapolis based airport transportation company. Of course I was a little nervous at first in hopes there would not be any glitches. Tyrone, the owner was excellent at communicating and scheduling transport times.
