The store supplies that basics in most product ranges and is good for the tourist picking up the odd magazine or bit of stationary. But for more serious shopping I would recommend a large branch.

As my children chose their magazine, my husband and I were literally stared at by a male member of staff then when I looked around he shook his head and continued working. He then barged past a few mins later and I asked what the issue was and he proceeded to say how annoying it is when people mess up the magazines!? I was shocked. We had definitely not messed them up at all, my daughter had actually asked for help to put a magazine back in the right place. This person is in the wrong job and WHSmith need to carry out better customer service training, I have never been spoken to like that, and just for browsing magazines, awful!
