It's become a part of my birthday celebration because I've been on my birthday the past 3 years. You already have a locker with your name on it when you visit. They made me feel extra special with little happy birthday wishes in different places. I don't use the same person for my massages but everyone that I've had has been wonderful. My favorite part of this spa is The Quiet Room. You go in before and after your massage and it is so relaxing. A great place to decompress and just chill. Don't forget your mimosa before you go in This is definitely a place you should visit in N. Hills. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel so special and celebrated for my birthday. Thoughtful birthday notes were waiting for me on my locker and with my selected beverage in the quiet room. It was such a lovely and personal touch. The true highlight, though, was my Lift & Firm Facial with Ann. Hands down the best facial I've had in many years! Ann was phenomenal--she had the perfect balance of professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness. She explained each step of the process without interrupting the calming atmosphere and used just the right amount of pressure during the face and shoulder massage portion (which was divine!). She took care to ask about any sensitivities and truly customized the experience to my needs. By the end of my service, I felt completely relaxed, rejuvenated, and honestly, I didn't want to leave the room--I could've taken a nap right there! My skin feels amazing and my stress just melted away. The entire experience, from the serene ambiance to the personalized service, was the perfect treat. I will absolutely be coming back, and Ann will be my go-to from now on. If you're looking for a place to unwind and feel genuinely pampered, try Woodhouse.

This was taken from my review on Google. The owner hyper-focused on my "limiting mobility" without…read moreactually addressing the quality or performance of the service itself. Edit: I am including this part in response to the owner. The only mobility issue I have is I can't stand long. My laying on the chair/bed with a knee bolt has no way, shape, or form, any impact on the quality or performance of the service. Because laying for your service is a standard. But on a serious note, please inform me. Apart from having a knee cushion under me, what parts of the service was "adapted" for me? So I know what the baseline and changes were. You were made aware of my limited mobility, as I said over the phone that I cannot stand long and you responded that you have a mechanical chair that moved into a flat bed, and that there is a knee bolt and option for lumbar support. So there would be no standing involved. It still doesn't answer the question of what parts of the service was "adapted" for me, and it doesn't explain why the back half of my head was neglected. I digress. Actual review: I got a 60 minute service and was genuinely underwhelmed and disappointed in myself for spending over 200 dollars (including tip) on this. I work in customer service so I try to tip well, but this just felt like a waste. Technician never checked in with me about the pressure, the bottom half of my head felt super neglected. The only times she "lifted" my head up was to place/remove towel and a zippered-bonnet. And by lift, I would feel pressure on the crown of my head, nudging me to lift my head. When she nudged me to turn my neck to get the sides, the back of my head and hair was barely touched and it was mostly neck strokes. Like literal stroking down my neck. It could've been nice, but she focused on my right side more and breezed through my left side so it was uneven but whatever. When product was directly applied to my scalp, she stopped at the top of my head. So imagine if I'm wearing headphones, and that was like a hard boundary. That's where she stopped. In the end, my scalp feels like there's residue from the products, my back half of the head doesn't feel clean and just feels like soapy water runoff was just chillen there. If I scratch my scalp, there's literal gunk under my nail from the products used. I also asked for a receipt be sent to my phone, which I am still waiting on. So yeah. I envy those who genuinely had really good experiences here. But for someone who just had surgery and can't stand long, I was really looking forward to a good clean. Super disappointed and underwhelmed, and the 30 minute drive made it feel more like a waste of money.

My hair and hands needed the most love and boy did they get it! The chair is incredibly comfortable and the neck, shoulder, and arm, massage left me feeling like I melted. I highly recommend this service as a luxurious way to treat yourself or a loved one. This would be a fabulous treat for an anniversary, teacher appreciation, birthday, or other special recognition.

At 48 years young, I'm just learning the power of relaxation and it's benefits towards a healthy life. This is my go-to place to relax and unwind. Wilson, my massage tech has such a peaceful vibe, his energy and touch are soothing. And Jaycie has my skin glistening from the calming facial - she's goooood. To top it off, the salt cave is next level. I would go several times a week if I could. The girls up front always take good care of me. Finally, the boutique...try not to break the bank. There's so much there to gift.m yourself and others and some really great finds to bring the spa to your home. 10 out of 10 for the quality received at a very affordable price. Thanks to everyone who works to bring us this beautiful space!!! I posted this review on both Google and Yelp because I've seen the negative reviews (and I won't dare diminish their experiences, I'm sorry if your experience wasn't favorable). But, I had to offer my experience for those who are looking at this spa. It's really a beautiful space to reset.

As a single mom, I do not do much for myself, let alone spend money on expensive self-care experiences, so this meant a lot to me. It was one of those sweet "Mom, please do something for yourself, you deserve it" gifts, and I was genuinely excited to finally treat myself. I arrived early for my first appointment hoping to relax and maybe get a little guidance about the facial experience since it was my first time having one. Instead, the atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming from the start. There was very little effort made to explain the process, make me feel comfortable, or create the calming experience you would expect from a spa. The service itself was confusing, and I later realized the "facial" was more of a massage-style treatment. I even paid extra for an add-on that I found out was not the right kind of add on for this type of service. In the end I was offered and pressured into a very quick, basic facial but didn't discuss costs or any options. Even then, I chose not to leave a review because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. After I shared my concerns, the owner reached out and invited me back, which I appreciated and genuinely saw as an opportunity to make things right. During my second visit, I was asked to come in as a secret shopper, but the staff already seemed aware, which made the situation awkward from the beginning. Like too welcoming and making a point to be overly kind, more forced than what your normal standard should be kind of thing. We then attempted a microdermabrasion facial, but all 3 of their machines failed and I had 3 room changes during the service, and only part of my face was treated and left with a very incomplete facial. The gal doing the facial was kind and professional, but once again the overall experience fell short. Still, I remained patient because I truly wanted this place to succeed. The owner then personally gave me a gift card to return once more. Unfortunately, when I later tried to use it, I was told the card had no funds on it, and the front desk had no idea what I was referring to. That was the most disheartening part of all. When someone books a self-care service especially when it is a rare treat and a meaningful gift they are looking for professionalism, warmth, and a sense of peace. Sadly, that was missing here. I gave this spa chances because I truly wanted it to be a place I could support and return to regularly, but the overall experience felt inconsistent, impersonal, and unresolved. I hope management takes honest feedback seriously and focuses more on customer experience, communication, and making clients feel genuinely valued.
