Paul Ramos never filed 1 motion in my sons case. Never once returned our calls or messages, showed up late for court and even called out from court dates claiming to have car trouble when he drives $160,000 Mercedes. I was lucky to notice that he had over 6,ooo unanswered messages on his phone and that was the final proof we needed and fired him. Only gave him 1 star because I had to to post this. Paul Ramos deserves -5 stars.

After the first attorney I had just took my money then just advised me to plead guilty to end it quickly so they could go home I assume, I lost the case, but there was just more and more added to this for the "victim" just kept it up reporting false nonsense to intentionally get me in trouble further and over something that never took place. (Just an angry ex who felt they needed to be the judge jury and exclusioner) so I needed help and real help this time. Now since the courts took her side she felt untouchable especially after the first round . Well as I said not 1 but now after today it's 2 courts that Mr. Ramos defended me and now 2 times I walk with my freedom. He managed to get the "victim" on the stand and got her to act out just what kind of person they truly were to show the courts just what kind of person I was being accused and dealing with. Not only that he even had the prosecutor stumbling with their words. He was smooth cool and calm throughout. End your search call Ramos law if you want a fighting chance for them courts are brutal and do not care if the send an innocent person to jail.

Before my first case was reduced to a civil matter, I received a second ticket, which made me extremely worried and stressed because I genuinely did not want to go to jail. Having lived in Arizona for over a decade with a clean driving record, dealing with criminal speeding tickets for the first time was one of the most stressful experiences of my life. I spoke with four different law firms before deciding to hire R&R Law Group, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. Working closely with Attorney Mackie and her legal assistant, Dulce, was truly a blessing. When I received my second ticket, I completely panicked and even cried because I was so overwhelmed. Throughout the entire process, Director of this law firm - Attorney Jushin Gill, Attorney Mackie and her legal team helped keep me calm and reassured. They worked hard to help me reach a favorable resolution on my first case before the second case even began in court. Trust me, this was one of the most nerve-racking and stressful experiences I have ever faced, and I will never forget it. I would say that the firm's fee of $2,500 per case is reasonable compared to other law firms I consulted. In my opinion, it was worth every penny. Although I never met the team in person, communication was excellent throughout the process. We spoke by phone when necessary, but most of our communication was through email with my attorney Ms Mackie and Dulce. they both were always polite, professional, and responsive whenever I had questions. As someone whose first language is not English, I especially appreciated their patience and understanding. Attorney Mackie is the best attorney I could have asked for. Before this experience, I had never hired an attorney and honestly did not know what to expect. Some people might say, "You had no prior criminal record, so your first ticket probably would have been reduced anyway." Maybe that's true. However, when it comes to receiving a second criminal speeding ticket only three months later, that's a completely different situation. Let's be honest--my positive outcome was not just luck. It was the result of the hard work, dedication, and expertise of everyone at R&R Law Group. I am incredibly grateful for everything they did for me, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs legal representation.

In fact, the opposite is true, that I did not have to speak with police. Mike explained my rights. If I need his services, which he told me I did not need at the time (an honest attorney!), I will call Mike Munoz. I trust him to protect my life. Thank you, Mike! By 4:20 I'd yet to hear anything so I called & was told he was running behind on his previous phone call & was understanding. 4:45 hit & I was not nearly as understanding bc my thoughts are "I'm gonna let someone have my back in court that won't have my back for a phone consultation??" I then called again & was told (by the person that answers the phone) that she texted him to remind him of the 4:30 appointment. 4:30?!?!? I was told 4. She then told me he's still on the phone & I expressed to her that I was very irritated because I waited around my phone for something that was scheduled. Hello! I schedule calls & appointments too, the difference is I show up to mine. I decided that I did not want to hire someone that is unorganized with their call system because who knows where all of my court docs will go - could be scattered in several folders. To end the story I was never called at all yesterday & when I called today he was in court & I was told that it's "busy season". I was then told today (the day after not having my appointment followed through with) that I was being rude with expressing how frustrated I was. I wasn't rude, I wasn't vulgar - I was honest. Munoz defended himself saying was a "nice guy" & per reviews I see that, but I was not treated well by him. No apology for missing my consultation & no apology when I cracked a joke saying "you're the most difficult guy to get in contact with" rather he had a condescending attitude stating "yeah, we're a really busy attorneys office". Seems rather prideful to me with no apology whatsoever. Set people up with expectations because we also have a life outside of yours.
