A Simply Amazing Attorney :-) What can I say?? Craig is my hero and he saved my career and my future. I got stopped in Tempe and was charged with a regular DUI. Craig questioned the validity of the stop and was able to get it reduced to a reckless driving charge. A DUI conviction would have affected my career since I am going to school to be a teacher. Craig and his staff were so supportive through those months of waiting and helped ease my anxiety. Most attorneys are leeches who would not hesitate to just plead you out on the first offer a prosecuter makes. I have been a first hand witness to that at the courthouse. In my case, I made the right choice. Craig would not accept the first or the second offer which the prosecutor made- A DUI conviction with some time in tent city. Rosenstein Law Group has taken more action towards attempting to remove / flag / attack my TRUTHFUL review than they ever did on my case. At this point it is truly petty, unprofessional, and extremely revealing as to how this lawfirm operates. After I had posted my first review, Mr. R decided to 'thoroughly' review my case. The findings? Of course, Rosenstein did everything 100% correct and it is only my viewpoint as to which is incorrect. Claiming multiple instances of contact and transparency, only to be blasted with the truth of ONLY ONE incoming phone call from their business. What a disgrace. Unfortunately, Rosenstein's attempts to mask the truth have been snuffed. Truth prevails. This firm has spent more effort dealing with Yelp allogations than they ever did on my case. Let that sink in. They truly could care less about constructive criticism, or improving their business, and more worried about a high rating on yelp or google. Please. Use them. Mr. Goebel is a class act! I was really impressed by him. If you have a need for a stellar attorney, he's your guy. Everyone who is charged with a crime needs an attorney but what you may not realize is that sometimes you might need an attorney before charges are filed. Never speak to the police (unless you're an animal abuser because then I hope you go to jail) without an attorney. They say innocent people actually hire attorneys more often than guilty people but part of it could be that people with attorneys aren't found guilty nearly as often.
