Called this guy on Tuesday for a pick up on Saturday Morning after reading good reliable yelp reviews. I cannot comment on the service, only that I never got a call back. Pretty inconsiderate if you ask me. At least call someone back and tell them you cant do it like EVERY other place I called and couldn't do it. Used Binici taxi to be picked up after a wedding all the way out in Letchworth! He was on time and we were back in Rochester in no time! They kept in touch with me and my son via text, even letting me know that they had dropped off my son. They monitored the flight so that they were there when it landed early. Great personal service! The car is new and very clean, it has a lot of space and seats. I have been in Rochester for about year. I met the driver, Bilal, when I came to Rochester last summer and using this taxi since then. He is very punctual and responsive, and he drives safely. He knows Rochester very well, not only the roads and traffic conditions, but also where to eat and the other nice places in Rochester. This guy was very polite and nice going out, but on the way back he decided that there would be an extra charge as we pulled into our destination, without telling us anything beforehand. It was a pretty ugly end to what should've been an otherwise good night. We would've been fine with an extra charge if we had been informed beforehand. I don't give out a 5-star review lightly nor often, but Binici Taxi service has earned it -- their service is as good as it gets, and I wouldn't change a thing! I coordinated entirely by phone and text a fairly complicated pick-up of my friend who would be arriving past midnight into ROC Airport and then being dropped off at an AirBnB we'd rented where I would join her the following morning ... only to have to change all of those plans when her flights got canceled and then rescheduled ... and the owner was completely understanding, flexible, accommodating, and easy to work with. He was prompt, gracious, car was pristine ... all of the amenities and service you would expect in a huge city. Very glad to know about Binici and the standard he is setting here in the ROC -- my husband and I will be hiring him again when transportation needs arise! Fabulous service!! Found Bilal online, had great reviews, so booked him to pick up my daughter and I for a 6 a.m. flight. He texted night before to confirm, was prompt, courteous, cordial, and helpful. Cab clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the ride so much booked him for our return flight a week later, arrival midnight. He not only confirmed the night before, but when we were on the last leg of our trip and our plane was about to land he texted he would be in the "text" parking lot waiting for our message that we were ready to be picked up. There was a luggage mix-up so we knew we would be delayed for at least 20 minutes. So I texted Bilal the information and suggested that he didn't need to wait. But, he said, "no problem" and waited until luggage was found and we were ready......at least half an hour. Was grateful as it was past midnight, last flight into airport, only ones left and no cabs out front. Appreciated his kindness. Certainly the cab to use!!! read more

Very clean and comfortable van. Bilal is a *very* pleasant driver; he met me very quickly, politely followed the route I suggested, and was a good conversationalist. He transported me to a doctor appointment on a day when my car was in the shop. On the return trip, he happily waited outside the pharmacy as I retrieved my medicines, meter running of course, but that's how taxis operate; no surprises. While I don't expect to need his services often, he will remain my first choice any time I need a taxi again in Rochester. Taxis don't get any better than Binici. read more
