In addition to these injuries and ailments, Dr. Pursnani recommended calf and heel cord stretches when I was dealing with heel pain after working out. I had been stretching post workout and she recommended pre-workout routine after a short warm up. I enjoy an active lifestyle. In the past these foot ailments have been roadblocks. I had exrays before but they don't show all. I glad I got an MRI it showed much more than an exray. I had damage to parts of my foot that needed attention right away. I took there recommendations and on my way to heal my foot and ankle. I am now 4 weeks out from my accident and my swelling is much better and the pain is tolerable.
