I have came here 2 times so far and each time is a great experience. The first time I came it was on a Thursday afternoon around 4pm. I did call before I came. I told them that I wanted to get my nails and feet done but I was on a time limit. They were able to accommodate me. I arrived and they took care of my pedicure and gel nails at the same time. They got me in and out in about one hour and ten minutes. Fast yet great service. That pedicure was the best! The second time I returned was to cut my nails down. There is so much going on in the world I'm not sure if I will be able to maintain my nails especially if everything closes. They got me in and out fast. I love this place the people that work here are nice and they do great work. read more

-WARNING- Do you like to have your toe AMPUTATED!???????????! Dina, the over, did my pedicure on Tuesday, January the 29th 2019! At first my toes were/ felt sore but I thought it'll pass. That night I was up all night with terrible pain in my big toe!!!! It was swollen and red. I couldn't walk! I Couldn't step on my foot ! Then the next day it was even worse. Again I couldn't sleep all night!!! My toe was infected because those ppl there use the same tools on everyone they DO NOT disinfectant them at least !!! I called Dina and try to explain what happened ! She kept talking over me and interrupting!! I had to shut this women up first in order to explain what happened! So unprofessional!!! She wouldn't give me a refund, and told me herself that they use the same tools on every customer! THOSE tools were not disinfectant, for sure! Otherwise I wouldn't get the INFECTION! This was my first time to get an infection on my big toe right after the pedicure!! Save your money and your toes and go else where! Unless you want your toes AMPUTATED!!!!!!!!! And btw ..., those PLASTIC bags they use to put over the tubs are NOT new! They are used !!!They wash them and reissue!!!!!! I found this nail salon after driving around like a crazy person one hour before my event started (I know, I know) The first salon I went to told me no wait, I get there and she tells me I'm after the girl in the pink. I look over and "girl in the pink" hasn't even been started and is just pruning in the water! Head to the next salon and they tell me no wait if I come now, I arrive literally 4 minutes later and when I walked in nobody greets me. I sat for 11 minutes and then walked out. The minute I walked out, I get chased down to my car with a "oh hunny oh hunny I didn't see you I start right now I do good job" **actual review** I Yelped one last time and found this place. I was told no wait but considering my luck I told her I did not have time and are you sure I'm going to be going from door to chair and I was assured I would. I get there and not a single person was there on a Saturday afternoon and this worried me. However, I was desperate so I decided to proceed. You guys.... this place is a hidden gem! First off I got a gorgeous rose gold color that I haven't seen anywhere else!!! I told the lady I was in a rush and she moved so quickly without skipping on the quality! My nails look amazing and do I dare say probably one of the best SNS applications I've received! Why one star off? I really wish it was more like a half star and could give a 4.5, but I like my pedicures to really get down in there and the lady was very, very gentle with mine and didn't get down and dirty like I prefer. She massaged for quite some time, but there was little to no pressure to make it feel really good. Other that that my actual nails itself look really good down there and she did well. The first impression of this place is GREAT! And I still love Dina and the staff. But I won't be coming back here because every time I get gel or SNS here, it doesn't last... Like it peels, chips within DAYS. They said something about the oil on my cuticles but it happens to my mom as well. Sometimes the job isn't always the best either, depending on who you get. I went to another nail place and it didn't happen to either is us.. The prices are lower at Dina's compared to other shops and I guess you get what you pay for. read more

I recently moved to the area and came here based on the Yelp reviews--I am SO glad I did! I called to set an appointment and Dina the owner was so friendly and welcoming and explained the different types of pedicures when I asked. I even called about 2 hours before my appt to push it back and that wasn't an issue either! I was very impressed by all of the ladies' skill level, their attitudes and friendliness and the cleanliness of the shop. They answered any and all questions and even explained if there was a price difference beforehand. I went to two other places before this in both Snellville and Loganville. The nail salon in Snellville that I went to was mediocire. And the Loganville place was soooo anxiety inducing and caused me to get an ingrown big toe nail. (OW!) So I was hesitant to get my nails done again but i decided to pamper myself and I found this place in Grayson. AND I'M SOOO GLAD. I was politely greeted when I came in and during the whole pedicure it was made sure that I was 100% satisfied by my pedicure. And I was! Came here for manicures and pedicures with my mom and younger sister. Almost nonexistent wait on a Saturday morning. All of our nail technicians were very kind and inquisitive, taking care to ask about our personal lives, etc. As for the manicures and pedicures, they were wonderful!! Completed not too quickly nor too slowly--provided the perfect amount of time to relax. Each pedicure was also fine-tuned to each of our personal needs/requests. Everyone was very upfront about the pricing and add-ons, which are very reasonably priced! I think this will be my new go-to nail spot for when I visit home. So, I read the previous reviews, I went and tried them out with my 7 year old daughter. I needed a nee set with SNS. She soaked off the old SNS, I told her what I wanted, she began using the filing tool and on the third finger instantly cut me! She apologized and we moved forward. Without going into ugly details, just know that I left with 6 new cuts on my fingers (around my cuticles and tops of my fingers) and two nails that have now had the underside separated from the nail. I couldn't even type this last night because my fingers hurt so badly. She apologized and I would have left if I could have gotten them off without a tremendous amount of pain. There was never a reduction in price, never nothing - and they charge you for every little thing (designs in two divers for my daughter was $3 - getting her gel was double the price of the mani!). I will NEVER go back there. There were only two women working (the owner I believe was the person doing my nails). I am disappointed with the outcome of my nails, but for $120 total, I will wait and find someone else. I am looking for a location that schedules and sticks to Appts, does good work and that I can remain with for the future...needless to say this place isn't it! The sparkly white "french" manicure SNS is dingy and not white at all. Just be cautious and do not go unless you plan on not being able to do much with your hands the next day. ‍ read more

This is my second time here and OMG! They are great, they take their time to carefully remove all cuticles and dry skin, all the nail files and scrubbing files are brand new, all the cutting tools are sterile and very clean, they use a disposable plastic cover on their tubs to prevent mold and fungus. Super clean! The ladies are super friendly and they offer you the "extras" without being pushy! Excellent and friendly service! This is my third time going to this nail salon for a pedicure . The person that does my pedicures is Ann , she is very friendly , and goes a great job with the pedicure . They do use fresh liners ( they tear a hole in each liner after use to let the water run out) they have a sanitizer machine for their tools and I have also seen them open new tools for pedicures as well. I can say that the polish may be a hit or miss. I just went yesterday so I will see how long this polish last, however, my last pedicure my polish only lasted about 1 week or so before it started chipping. The first time the nail polish last well over 2 weeks and I did not get gel polish on my toes . I will say this if you see them thinning out the nail polish with acetone or whatever they use just tell them you want another polish ( that goes for any shop ) I have learned that over the years . This time I did the special with pedi- mani combo and spent 32? I didn't get polish on my nails because I have decided to rest my nails from SNS, overlays etc for a while . Overall good good on the pedicure and the mani ( it's cool ) the only time you can really do a horrible job is leaving hangnails and the other lady cleaned that up and shaped my nails . read more

This is my new favorite place!!! The nail technicians are very friendly and accommodating. They always ask me if I am happy with how they look and if I'd like to make any adjustments. I always go on Sunday and I am seen right away. They do get a little busy so you may want to make a reservation. I do SNS. They have a ton of the SNS colors unlike most places. I had my very first visit on 05-19-17 and believe I can officially call Dina Nails & Spa my home spa! I only use the SNS system on my nails since my natural nails are so thin and brittle. The salon was very clean and quiet and I also noticed that Dina knew every customer that came through the door by name. Very comforting! Jenny V. did my nails and she did a great job. She was very attentive and careful, also very coachable. I'm a little more than picky when it comes to my nails and Jenny was extremely cautious and continuously asked if her work was okay. I visited this salon midday on a Saturday and found there were only 2 ladies working. They were both super sweet and did a great job. I waited (in the massage chair ) about 40 mins before they started working on me... I would say they are definitely worth the wait if you have the time to wait. Went into this salon by chance on a late Saturday afternoon, and I'm glad I did. The salon itself is simple and was quiet. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and seated to wait for my gel fill-in with gel polish. I had an approx 15-25 min wait, but this is expected on a Saturday so I was okay with it. The lady that did my nails is Twee, she was meticulous, and actually gave me the shape I asked for (square, w/ soft round edges) which is usually hit or miss but she got it right. Ok so i made a review 11 months ago about my nail tech that is no longer there unfortunately she quit.. Which left me In desperate need of my manicure.. So i got my nails done by the owner (Dina) everything seems to be going fine i notice she was rushing which was understandable cause she had more people to attend to. I didn't like how she shaped my natural nails but i figured i could fix that myself. after leaving the following day 2 nails broke and from there it was down hill,they slowly started breaking so i filed them down until i was able to go back and even bought a LED light and gelish top coat to fix my now broken nails . I popped in one day about a week later with my nails looking like CRAP!! showed her my nails and she apologized then begin to tell me that my nails broke once i put on a different nail polish (bullshit) she did fix my nails later that night they chipped ..as of today 2 weeks later all my nails have broken I just cut the last one which prompt me to write this review. I will not be returning to Dinas nail, 11 months I have been a consistant happy customer . .. But this to me is unacceptable. Dina did an excellent job on my nails! I was trying out a new salon and noticed the great reviews for her shop. Although they were not crowded, there was a little wait. However, I did not mind as it showed me that they took their time on each client in order to obtain quality results. I am kinda anal when it comes to my nails-- all nails must be the same from the shape to the shine, and I do not like for anyone to rush their work with me in order to get to the next client. I had a terrible experience with the powder dip nails (SNS) at another salon so I was very wary of doing it again. Amy, at Dina's, promised me she'd do a good job and she delivered! My French manicure is gorgeous and not peeling in day 2 as the last one did. Oh, and don't get me started on the incredible pedicure! I selected the deluxe pedi and it was fantastic. She was able to scrape down my icky calloused feet into something actually representing human feet! I got 3 leg massages too.
