The ladies there are all nice! They are kinda slow. I've waited an hour for a pedicure and there was no one in front of me waiting. They were thorough and gave great massages. When I said thorough, they literally dug into my big toe and cleaned out any dead skin cells around it and scrubbed my foot until it was smooth. Time was ticking so my daughter suggested that we go to Lynn since we've always seen it in passing. "But they don't have any reviews" is what I kept telling her. She kept insisting while I was extremely skeptical. We arrived around 7:30 pm thinking that they closed at 9. The sign on the door read 10 am - 8 pm. I asked if it was too late but they welcomed us in. Lena was my nail technician. She was very pleasant and seemed to be very experienced and knowledgeable. My daughter helped me to explain what I wanted and she knew exactly what I was talking about. The end results are exactly what I asked for I love my nails! The $45 tab came as a bit of a shock at first until she broke the charges down and my daughter assured me that was right. We didn't get the name of the tech who attended to my daughter but she seemed rushed and a bit agitated. This may have been her normal attitude but this is how she came across to me. My daughter used the terms rude and off putting. The prices are listed high on the wall to the right when you come in. I didn't notice it until Lena pointed it out to me. I wasn't fond of the decor but the place was very clean. I didn't get to see the restrooms so I can't comment on it. One last thing that I must say, I love the fact that Lena spoke English. Even when her co workers spoke to her in their native tongue,her response to them was always in English. As I have stated before in another business review, we (my family) make it a point not to speak in our native tongue around others while we are being of service. It's my opinion that it's a bit rude after the person has initially heard us speaking in English. All in all I will most definitely return and hopefully become a regular client of Ms Lena.

They didn't clean/sanitize the seat I sat in after the previous lady left. Then before starting my pedicure, they asked me what would I like. I said a basic pedicure with white nail polish. They suggested callous treatment, I said NO. They asked do I want gel polish, I said NO. After the lady did a really horrible job on my pedicure, she proceeded to do the callous treatment and painted my toe nails with gel polish after I said no to both. I understand the business of up selling but you MUST give the customer what they ask for. There was no language barrier, just strictly trying to get over on people.
