Poor Results and Overpriced…read more I recently went in for my first cut, color, and fashion highlights in five years with a master stylist in Suwanee. I was very nervous but hopeful. Unfortunately, I left extremely disappointed after being charged over $400 plus tip. COLOR / HIGHLIGHTS    *   The overall color was much darker than what I requested.    *   The contrast and definition of the highlights were minimal.    *   The color was not properly rinsed out. When I touched my hair in the car afterward, my hands turned completely purple.    *   I was told to wash my hair only in ice-cold water or the fashion color would fade quickly -- however, the color faded drastically after just two washes.    *   Within a week, the purple had mostly faded, and I can now clearly see the blonde underneath where my hair was lightened. The fashion color did not last even a week. HAIRCUT    *   The stylist performed a dry cut and seemed very rushed.    *   Thinning shears were used throughout the entire cut.    *   The final result looked choppy, unprofessional, frizzy, and nothing like the reference picture I showed -- despite repeatedly communicating what I wanted. After spending over $400, I had to go home and trim uneven edges myself. Now, just one week later, most of the highlights have faded. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially for the price.

I came the first time in Sept to get a pedicure and the experience was fine, I came back with my husband to get our feet done and he convinced me to get my nails done too. The male nail tech, I believe owns the place started doing my nails as I'm doing my feet and initially, I was very concerned because the work was being very rushed and not to mention it looked uneven in certain areas, the acrylic was NOT being applied properly. I even said something about the shape being off, and bulky they were and his exact words were "no worry I fix for you and make it look more natural" which he didn't do. He even messed up on the French tip,I had to ask the lady who was doing my pedicure to fix it. I left unsatisfied and the only reason why I didn't ask for them to fix it in that moment was because it was my birthday and I had to leave. I called back on Monday because they were closed on Sunday I explained to the guy who I spoke to that the work was very much rushed and was not done properly and due to the overflow of acrylic. It was bothering the bed of my actual nails, and I asked if I can come by and get them removed. He told me on Monday due to the weather they were closing early and he said come when you can and we'll fix for you and I explained to him I have my three children one whom is a newborn and I would need time to come. He said OK I came by today which is three days after I got my nails done, and I asked for them to remove them because they were bothering my actual nails and the skin around my nail. And the lady got bent out of shape she tried to gaslight me into thinking that the nails were perfect, and there was nothing wrong with them even after showing her the issues I had, because I asked for a refund just for my nails alone and asked for them to remove them, The lady got so mad and And try to say that I went to show off my nails for my birthday and now I want a refund and I explained to her I just had a baby not even a month ago and I stayed home for my birthday so I didn't show off my nails to anyone in regardless the work was AWFUL. And I want to mention that $55 to me is chump change she could've kept the refund as long as she would've offered me some other resolution besides fixing nails that were bothering my actual nails in the skin around my nails She could've offered a free design on my pedicure for next time I come in instead she Became problematic, angry and rude. I am a person of color and I feel like she was discriminating against me and put me in a stereotype. She was also talking crap about me and the situation in Vietnamese, as if it isn't 2025 and they don't have translation apps smh. Just overall bad business. Instead offering a resolution besides fixing the mess, she didn't offer to soak the nails off and add a new set done properly they wanted to fix the nails that were hurting my actual nails underneath and I declined and asked for them to completely remove them. I did not get a refund back which is fine bc I my bank will refund me the WHOLE amount. This could've been resolved if the lady wasn't such a rude person. I also took a picture of them and as I'm leaving they tried to take a picture of me as if I did something to them which is comical. This place is always dead and it makes sense!! It's bc they suck. Do yourself a favor and don't come here unless you want a shitty job. FOR THE RECORD THESE WERE 3 DAYS OLD!!!!!!

I found Angela and was sold on the fact that she does Swedish, deep tissue and reflexology, with a heated bed all in one! I got the 90 minute massage. I will NEVER go anywhere else! She is stuck with me for life! Thank you so much to Angela. I left feeling both relaxed, and muscle tension relieved. Place was also super nice and very clean. Highly recommend!
