The other furniture we purchased from Jarons is very nice.* Do NOT buy from this store. If there is anything wrong with the furniture they will not replace it or even let you return it. One of the armchairs we ordered arrived in an unacceptable condition. Fabric on the arm is worn and the rocker is broken. Called right away to ask for a replacement and was told they had to try to repair it first, which is ridiculous. When I purchase something, I don't expect it to need repairing, I want a brand new item. Anyway, they said someone would call in 72 hours to schedule service. Waited three days but no one called. Went back into the store and was told the same thing. Asked if we could just return it, but was told they charge a fee for that. It arrived damaged! This is an unacceptable way to do business. They again said they would call, but no one ever did. Hundreds of dollars down the drain. Never shopping here again.

This was our first time at the location. And We live in Philadelphia and took their long drive. We Was going to another store but could not find Nothing. I was very upset that we couldn't find anything. The store that we went to i'm not gonna mention the name but they need to close it down. So I mentioned Ashley Furniture. So my husband decided to look the address up and this is how we found this location. My niece had her three sons and her friend. With us You told her just to walk around and find something that she might like. The person at the door name was Abigail. She was very pleasant and welcoming to their store. She told. Us about different items to look for in the store and ask us question about what she needed. They even tried the matters that goes up and down , which was wonderful. Then my niece walked up to these beautiful couches.And set down and said this is the one. She didn't hit the change the color because she loved the color of the couch. So abigail went to write up the Sell slit. Then her manager told her about getting two couches instead of the love seat. The price was grey and my knees decided to get to couches. The delivery was on time and they put the legs on the couch. She also got a five year scotch guard cleaning. Which she can call every month to get her furniture clean which is wonderful because you know how three little boys are. The real jesus placed it so don't mind the rug lol. My great-nephew jumped up and down with their bottoms. Just make sure the the couch can hold up. My husband was looking for us but we have furniture. He really love a leather sectional And it was very nice but we did not need it. The manager even tried to give us a package deal, but we didn't come here for us. Ashley's was having a great cell.It was twenty five percent off the whole store. Then if you tried the mattress you got a couple more dollars off. The sale was off that sunday. I explained to my husband that we can come back later to shop for us. I just wish the store was closer to where we live at is. Truly a height to go back. But let me just tell The staff at this location is awesome.Wanted a young man.Even talk to my great nephew to keep them occupied while my niece was looking around. And We purchased them on Sunday and they was delivered that Thursday on time and everything.The window was from 9am to 1pm. I just love Ashley furniture. My house is mainly decorated with ashley furniture. There was a lamp that we was interested in but the land was not working and I really wanted it but it was broke. That's the only thing that I would approach is for us. Because we need a lamp in our living room And it was absolutely beautiful.I shouldn't took a picture of it or just ordered it while we was there. Purchased 4K worth of mattresses and adjustable beds. Delivery delayed a week. Day of delivery…read morematerial installed 8-9 am. After work, I go to the store to report no documentation included for anything and I expected mattress covers. I also told store staff I wanted to purchase 2 pillows. After staff researched for a bit, they come back and said no covers were ordered. Still calm, I said ok, I'll buy the covers too. I was told during sale that you can swap mattresses as long as you have covers during eval period. Other manager says no, you have no option because you needed to purchase at time of delivery. Total shock. These are 2 Nectar (owned by Ashley) mattresses, Nectar includes the covers and sheet set at no charge for same order. Asked about difference of order from Ashley vs Nectar during sale. Got no worries all is fine. So today (delivery day) as I show up asking where is my cover and then ready to just buy it, I get a callous 'oh well'. Spent hours calling Ashley customer service to learn that there are Ashley stores and independent retail stores (Burlington). So angered at the experience, I want to return it all and buy elsewhere. Have what I ordered and likely would be totally happy with it but beyond annoyed at the experience.

No information on where their product comes from. Kind of like a ghost business. The garbage they send only through state and government agencies. So they have no recourse when the crap falls apart. This place is big, with an 18,000 sq. ft. showroom and warehouse that has a huge selection with much better quality and is reasonably priced. They sell top name brands such as Ethan Allen, Harden, Thomasville, Kittinger, Henredon, Hickory Chair, Pennsylvania House, Hitchcock, and more. They have 1,000s of new pieces arriving each month.   In the end, we were happy to find our Serpentine table and were able to exchange words with one of the owners, Amy.   If you are in the market for antique furniture, they have a great selection that we can recommend.

They have a two-story warehouse full of antique furniture and unusual collectibles. Much of it wasn't to my taste, but they did have some beautiful things, and everything has character. We were looking for something more contemporarary, and found a cherry Ethan Allen curio cabinet and a nice mahogany console table, reasonably priced. Amy and Jeff were very cool, helped us with everything we asked, and personally delivered the pieces to my home several days later. On the down side, the inside of the cabinet smells like cigarettes, which was not apparent in the store or during delivery. I was able to clean it to only remove some of the odor. Wood is porous, so be aware of this issue when buying used or vintage items that's been in someone else's home.
