In all honesty I've grown up in the area but don't like it as much. But whenever I'm near by I love coming here and getting a cup of bubble tea! My favorite is their brown sugar milk tea! I enjoy their Thai tea and taro milk tea as well! Environment is always clean and neat! No loud music or anything of that sort. Very relaxing read more

Really inconsistent with their drinks as far as taste and the serving size of boba. When it's good then it's the best boba I've ever had but the bad days it better to try and make it yourself. I'll give this place a five star because they're so nice and friendly. BUT I ordered two drinks with regular amount of sugar and slight ice. Yes, there would be more tea in the drink so it'll feel like it would be less sweet NOT taste like there's no sugar at all. So I went back asking if they put sugar in the drink which the nice lady seemingly the owner, did not hesitate to ask the workers to remake my drink. The guy making the drink didn't seem to happy but maybe that's just how he is. So while they were remaking my drink, she said it is probably because I had little ice that's why it's not sweet. I would understand if it tasted like it wasn't as sweet. But my drink literally tasted like it didn't have any sugar at all. I work at a bubble tea place so I would know if something was made wrong or not. Also my bf drink was slightly sweeter than mine but still barely sweet. I know there wasn't sugar in there because I order from many bubble tea places the same way, and even the one Ding Tea in Duluth, it was still sweet. So yes, she did respond very nicely but they still made a tiny mistake. My drink originally had golden boba but the remade drink was regular boba. Which is fine. It isn't such a big deal. So all in all. The lady and the friendly cashier made the experience good. The drinks let me down a little but if I am in the area I would stop by again. But then I'm in Duluth so I might not be there so often. They are new so give them a try and some patients. read more

Went here on Grand Opening and the line was pretty long but was expected, however, the line was moving pretty quick!! I thought i would be in line for 15 mins but i was only in for 5, and the line was pretty long out the door. I ordered a monster bobo latte and a signature milk tea, both was very tasty and delicious! I would really recommend anyone who is new to try those two drinks, all the staff looked tired but they sure put on effort to make us customers satisfied! The Ding Tea is alright. The interior design of the Duluth Ding Tea is a lot of cozy-feeling. As compared to the store in Duluth, the fish and flower painting in this location are great but definitely give off more of a tattoo parlor vibe than a boba tea franchise vibe. The service is very slow but I understand that it is just opened and the workers are very new at their job. I ordered a taro milk tea with boba, no ice, and less sugar and had to wait for about 20 minutes. People who were 4 orders behind me with multiple drinks received their drinks prior to me. The manager/owner (the lady who hands out the drinks to the customer) is very friendly but she did not train nor manage the workers well. After I received the drink, I noticed that the drink was not even all the way full. It had 1/6 of the cup gap. I've worked for a boba franchise before and my drink shouldn't have taken more than 20 minutes to make given the number of customers there at the time. This wasn't the only time I went to this Ding Tea. The first time also took a long time but at least there was more customers then because it was at night. I definitely expected better service and will try this location again in the future after they have gained more experience. read more
