When we arrived, they were quick to help us with paperwork and getting us right on the jetskis. There was a $1000 deposit (!!!) per jet ski, because we were going as a group, and this makes accidents more likely, which we were a little leery of, but we didn't damage the jet skis and got our deposit slips back in the end with no issues. The girl helping us was friendly and briefly went over how to operate the jet skis and where to avoid, etc. We had a great time on the lake, and went for many dips in the clear, cool water. The jet skis seemed pretty new, and had a small watertight compartment and a larger compartment that was not watertight. They're really easy to operate. When we came back, we did have to wait a while in the heat to get checked out and pay for gas, because there was only one person manning the dock. This wasn't really an issue for us as we were in no rush. I would highly recommend renting jet skis from here.

Also, the water was very clear and clean. One interesting note is that Sebago Lake provides the water supply for the entire city of Portland, ME. The tap water there had a delicious, clean taste from the fresh water of Sebago Lake.

The delivery and instillation of my dock was eight weeks overdue. The dock was constructed incorrectly (I ordered a boat dock and got a swim dock). The floats for the dock were placed tight to each corner thus preventing me form installing eye hooks. I called the business repeatedly and all the mail boxes were full. On the rare occasion someone answered the phone I was put off and told that the person responsible for the answer to my inquiry would call me back --- that seldom happened. Yes, we did search multiple dock companies and they were for the most part about $1,000 higher in price, now I know why. Never going to recommend or do business there again.

My boyfriend called later to actually rent the jet skis, but the guy told him to fill out the form on the website. Fortunately, my boyfriend recognized that the website was kind of shady, especially the part where they were asking for credit card info, and he decided against it. Then we actually checked reviews (ALWAYS CHECK THE REVIEWS) online and what we found was horrifying. It is possible that all of this is slander, but when so many people say it and some of these accounts have many reviews under their belt, I'd say this business is not worth the risk and should be reported. I'm now realizing how easy it would have been for us to be scammed if we had not looked into this, and if the guy had just taken our credit card info over the phone. Please be careful.

On the morning of delivery I was informed that there was only one float on both pieces. How did you really think that I was going to tow this setup across the lake with 1 float? Seriously? I had told you more than 1 time I needed 2 floats and it was probably on a phone call so it is not documented so it never happened You said to me that you can not attach floats to a dock that has not been set up to attach the floats, See pictures. I didn't have any problems attaching 3 floats to the pieces I just bought. So included here are pictures of you SCREWING up your measurements of hinge line up from this new piece to my old piece with SPECIFIC explanation of the dock hinge line up STATING that the hinge line up would be configured with YOUR dock measurements to ensure that they would go together correctly with the new pieces I was buying down the road, 2026 You totally messed up your hinge placement engineering of my new dock to fit my old dock pieces. This is an $11,000+ part. I am lucky enough to own the exact model boat that this part will fit on. I emailed with Will a few times and spoke on the phone a few times. The marina is almost 4 hours away from my house & the only time that I was able to get away from work to go pick up the part was during the holiday season. Will gave me his personal cell # so that I could call him when I got up there & he sent one of his employees over to help me load the part - even though the marina was closed at the time. The part is in very good condition with some cosmetic scratches. Once painted, it will be perfect. There aren't too many of this model boat that this part would fit, so it may have been difficult to find a buyer if he had tried to sell it, BUT... it is a heavy aluminum part, several hundred pounds, and he could have scrapped it and made money just off of the value of the aluminum. What a nice marina, I wish it wasn't so far from my home and my boating. It is in a great location with beautiful scenery. Both Will and Jason (the one who helped me load the part) were very nice. If I am ever boating in the Naples area, I will absolutely go to Moose Landing Marina. THANKS WILL!
