The lady that answered the phone was so rude, she would talk to people in the background whilst still on the phone with me several time, she had an attitude and was not professional what so ever. I get it you might be busy but you can put me on hold rather than have a whole side conversation and kept jumping back and forth. I only spoke to them twice and my insurance also spoke with them and when I called to follow up because the information didn't match, she would ask people whilst I am on the phone to see who spoke to me and when her co worker said they didn't, she made it seem as if my insurance company and I were making stuff up. I am thinking lady, I am calling just to confirm information that didn't line up. But she was more stuck on who talked to who. It was like a pointing finger or blame game. It did not give me confidence that they would take ownership if something went wrong. On top of her unfriendly attitude, the way she talks down to me as if she doesn't care for my business made me pull my claim from them and went somewhere else. Clearly they felt they had enough business and didn't need mine.

The things that were hit on was that the car is intermittently taken out of the garage when fixed (not always kept in the garage fully at night, only when worked on) and the cars are kept behind a fence. I wish they could pursue this further on all days my car was there from last Wednesday morning to Friday evening (not just Friday evening). This leaves a lot of room of where someone could have jumped a fence and taken something. Even if Fortune has people sign liability waivers, I feel that they could have done a little bit more investigation (no one is suing and no one is asking for compensation, just using their tools to help find evidence and that is not a liability); however, I may take it in my own hands to see what I can do. He done this estimate too, so it's not changed over the years. Anyways, this time the damage was to the fender and hood area and the dude didn't even pop the hood. Now, I'm no car expert and don't claim to be, but it doesn't take a genius to know that should've been done. In all fairness, we didn't know how to get the hood up. Neither did the next place, but he went in and apparently googled it, came out and popped the hood and gave a proper estimate... the guy at Meadowthorpe Auto Body. I asked them to replace a tire and not plug it- they plugged it anyway and told me it was ready. I had to call, verify it was plugged and not changed, then get in touch again with Allen (a difficult process). Now I have the car at home and after replacing the battery it is showing low again. This is either from not actually replacing it or not resetting it. I strongly recommend you make the drive to Cincy to get your MB serviced based on my experience. I will never return.
