Ok, these guys do "Magic." I had them come work on my 100,000 69 Mustang Mach 1. Rick is an experienced detailer and bodyman. He knows what he can and cant fix. This one presented a huge problem because leverage was tough to get, and one part of it was above a support that was hard to get tools into. No Suction cups for the 4 inch crease in the roof. It took almost 3 hours to do it right. I took pictures but I decided not to post them because the repair is so good that it looks like a normal door with no damage. So I never used their service but I have no doubt they are good, from the amount of good reviews they have. My review is based strictly on a price I was quoted. I sent a pic of a tiny, and I mean tiny, almost imperceptible little dent on my suv, only noticeable in the exact right conditions...but for someone like me, once you know it's there it's all you see. I was quoted $250 for this! An easy location, access wasn't hard. I ended up going with another guy that not only pulled this dent but also did 4 other little dings I had, all done within 30 minutes and he charged me $250! He was only going to charge me $150 for the original dent I called him about, already $100 below what Dings n Dents quoted me and when he told me he'd take care of all of them for $250, the price of ONE from Dings n Dents, it was a no brainer. The guy I went with did a meticulous job, you can't tell there was anything ever there. To be fair, another company I initially called quoted me $300! But overall I think I called every PDR person in the Sam Fernando valley, about 8 in total, and only Dings n Dents and one other guy gave me these outrageous quotes, the rest were quite fair. I mean I understand prices going up in restaurants because equipment prices and food prices themselves are constantly increasing, same for certain branches of construction that need product per job but for PDR, these guys already have what they need, it's not like they have to buy new equipment or product for every job they do, maybe glue sticks or tabs once in a great while. read more
