No worries, as long as the business either comes back to fix their mistake or refunds your money, I can certainly live with that. Dent Kings will do neither. They will 'ghost you' when trying to contact them via text, phone call or email. No address for this business prevents you from suing them in small claims court. The techs in the field their phone number directs you to seem afraid to say anything or giving out any information about the business. Once they have your money, YOU ARE DEAD TO THEM!!! They promise via text and on their website "SATISFACTION GUARANTEED." I could not be less satisfied and have more regret for calling these clowns. A truly dishonorable operation that deserves to be out of business. Lee charges by the hour, and gives you a conservative time estimate. For my job he said the work could go as long as three hours, when were setting the appointment. When he saw the job, he mentioned that it will definitely be less than that time. He finished in two hours, having completed the job perfectly for me, and only charged $280. I don't know about YOUR math, but $280 for "no dents" is a lot better then $795 and more for the same. If you have a major accident, Lee may not be the guy, but if you want a super competent dent repair without paying to send the other guy's kids to Harvard, then Lee is the only pick for smart people. Had the "doctor" come out to fix a small ding in hood , dent from a pine cone, I've used Him before and thought , this should be easy fix ! he worked on it for two hours and when he was done it looked worse than the original ding , the hood metal was work hardened , paint cracked , the ding was now twice the size and now multiple dents from him hammering on it for several hrs. Now is a noticeable Dent and a blister on my hood instead of a small ding , I was and still am very disappointed in his workmanship, amateurish at best.
