I loved that I was in and out in an hour - I arrvied and they got me started. Every part of the Care team introduced themselves, told me what they would be doing and asked if I had any questions. It truly was a great experience. I also liked that I did not have to go to the hospital to get this done - it was right in their office which was easy. I also appreciate not having to drink all that crap I had heard about - I appreciated the pills making the prep more pleasant as well. Dr Jaklic was wonderful and put me at ease. I was very happy w/ her as my doctor.

After calling 3 times to follow up with my GI doctor, i was transferred to his Nurse Amber Harris and basically she ended up telling me that she "didnt like the tone of my voice" when i was letting her know that I had called 3 times previously and eventually sang me a chorus of "Good byyyyye" and "Good Luuuuuck"! Incredibly disrespectful! Im going to make sure I write about this experience on every review source known to mankind. She should have her certification revoke because she doesn't represent any type of Florence Nightengale bedside manner and she definitely not professional! They called me in after the procedure was done and I was able to see my husband. Check out was super quick. Everyone there was super friendly. They were very efficient. Their office is large with one side dedicated to Outpatient procedures such as Colonoscopies, the other side for scheduled Doctor visits. Clean, bright and nicely decorated. She wrote in the visit summary that my husband declined to see a surgeon which was not true at all. she said she would discuss things with the dr and she or he would call us that afternoon which didn't happen. She made an appt with the Dr. In 10 days. We still don't have answers and they keep making appt for nothing. I would not recommend this office.
