Cilantro and diced onions are served on the side. It will fill you up. 4. Steak Taco Bowl - 3.5 Very filling w rice as the base and the diced steak was good. The dish can get messy so make sure to have enough napkins. The best proteins were the braised beef (birria) and the chorizo. Both were flavorful and juicy. I also got a large coke to with it as well. The prices here are a little bit more expensive than other McDonald locations, but it was awesome to go visit. Since fries came with it, I wasn't arguing, as they use those crinkle cut fries and they serve them crispy, hot, and tasty! The Italian Beef was incredible, as it usually is! I was in Chicago a few weeks ago and got an Italian Beef from Gold Coast Hot Dogs and it was just ok, I forgot how amazing Portillo's were until getting this one - It Was Great! Very flavorful, tender, and moist meat with a flavorful au jus to dip it into. The giardiniera was fresh, crunchy, and spicy - it made for a great combination with that beef! The bun was so soft and held up to the sandwich and dipping it into the au jus perfectly! Next up was their Chicago dogs - AWESOME! Again, fresh veggies and a great bun. The Vienna beef hot dog was cooked spot-on as well! The place is nicely decorated and kept very clean. I'll definitely return when in the area!
