I had no idea that this place existed. I just confirmed dinner at Mr and Mrs. crab next-door. I kinda liked the idea of having a cool fun milkshake in a mason jar idea. When we walked in, we were greeted with the smell that almost smelled like somebody's basement that they were smoking in so I'm not 100% sure what actually existed in this space before the ice cream shop opened however it was very reminiscent of an old basement. The staff was very nice and they asked us if we had any questions and gave us a few minutes to look over the rather large menu. I opted to get two scoops of ice cream. One was a red velvet scoop and the other was the oatmeal cream pie ice cream now from what I understand the ice cream is the bluebell ice cream similar to what you can get at the grocery store. I don't know what temperature they store the ice cream at. However, it was extremely hard and it was crystallized, and it had the taste of freezer burn. The ice cream was extremely gritty and had no flavor to it. As somebody who has studied culinary science visually, I could see it as soon as I walked away from the counter with the ice cream. Two scoops of ice cream eight dollars. I was really disappointed and sadly I will never return.
Big fancy ice cream! Very flavorful good music and nicely decorate it. Owner makes wonderful cobbler fresh baked every day and she was very nice.
Delicious and beautifully crafted shakes. The shake masters were super nice. The joint was clean, and spacious. A bit on the pricey side in my opinion, but it's Orlando. I'd definitely return if I'm ever in the area:)

Service was wonderful, they had pictures of each item so we know what it looks like and what to order. Place was chill and clean. If you're looking for a late night snack definitely check this place out, I don't think they open really late but if you're craving ice cream check them out! Definitely will be going back when im in the area!

I saw an ad for this place and decided to check it out with a friend and the pictures of the shakes do not do them justice!!! This place will put you into a sugar coma but it's worth a visit if you're into crazy shakes ! I didn't even get the shake that comes in a mason jar, and it was still huge! I got the mint chocolate chip and it was delicious! It even came with a brownie and ice cream - super indulgent. Be sure to come here on an empty stomach.
Food: Excellent! The cake portion of desserts was fresh. The ice cream was creamy, flavorful. Worth the calories! Service: Not super fast, but worth the short wait. Allow time to receive a beautifully hand crafted design. Friendly staff Ambiance: Pleasant, cute decor, soft music, indoor tables.
We were looking for a local place with a large selection of Ice Cream Sandwiches and The Crazy Mason won out! This is our first visit and we had great and quick service. There are plenty of options and nice, fresh tasting cookies. It is MESSY in this Florida heat, so grab some extra napkins.

Staff was friendly and helpful. It was fun watching the process as they created our wonderful milkshakes. They are definitely a work of art! Due to cost, it's not something we would do often but since we were on vacation it was worth the splurge. They are large, only one out of five of us finished. We froze our "leftovers" and ate the next day.
I love that we get to keep the jars. Such a cute concept! Wish their portions were a little bigger, but considering you can only get so much milkshakes in those jars, it's understandable. Also, wish they weren't as expensive ($17 for any milkshake, but again because the jar is meant to be given out, I can see how it's got to be profitable) Overall I spen $85 + tax & tip for 5 milkshakes. This was definitely a special occasion

First visit to the Crazy Mason Milkshake Bar yesterday and what a magical moment. I had never heard of this and my sister found it on Facebook. We ordered the Hot Fudge Nachos ($12)with housemade cinnamon sugar chips, bluebell vanilla ice cream, brownies, whipped cream and a cherry ($, Butter My Waffle Shake ($18.83 served in souvenir mason jar) which is vanilla ice cream caramel sauce, crushed butter finger, chocolate sauce, chocolate icing, sugar pearl waffle and whipped cream, and a Build Me Up Buttercup shake ($18.83 served in souvenir mason jar) which has both vanilla and peanut butter ice cream, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, Reese's peanut butter cups, peanut butter sauce and Reese's pieces. The ice cream is quality Blue Bell brand which already told me the ice cream is great. I will say that the shakes and a decent size and could be shared with a friend or family member as they are exploding with sweetness. I really enjoyed the Hot Fudge Nachos as it was a fun spin on a hot fudge sundae. This is definitely an experience I recommend! There is plenty of indoor seating, two large sinks in the back of the dining room to wash out your souvenir mason jars, colorful murals on the walls, friendly and welcoming staff. Menu board, handheld menus and a photo menu book to look at to help you make your decision. You do t have to get the souvenir mason jars with your shakes but they are cute if you want them. read more
Holy moly what a fun place! Came here twice on a recent trip (once with part of the group and then again because we wanted everyone to try it!). This place is very Instagrammable, which I'm sure was part of their plan (and I think it worked)! They have all sorts of crazy concoctions with fun names, many in mason jars (hence their business name). These concoctions aren't cheap, and I think anyone would be hard pressed to finish one themselves, so if you're not big on sweet treats maybe share one. They do have some options for basic ice cream, etc. in dishes, but that is not their wheelhouse. The staff was very helpful in answering questions, especially because the menu is a bit overwhelming. They make each concoction to order, so you can make some substitutions but that also means it will take some time to get your order (especially in a large group). read more

Stopped here but realized we are not crazy treat people. We are pretty simplistic so we just got a plain strawberry milkshake. The man behind the counter was so exceptionally accommodating to make the shake with only hand dipped ice cream and no soft serve per my request. We stood at the counter for over twenty minutes just trying to decide what to get. The have vegan ice cream options which is a huge plus as we do not eat dairy. The vibe was really colorful and fun and I enjoyed just taking photos of the decor. Th milkshake cost $20 out the door w/ tax and tip so it's not inexpensive but these are great to split since they're filling. We opted to keep the mason jar which is a fun souvenir if you're visiting Kissimmee. read more

Milkshakes exceeded our expectations. We were excited that we got to keep the mason jar when we were done! There was little wadh station to clean out your glass. The ice cream sandwich was to messy and we would pass next time, but the Milkshakes were amazing. Definitely shareable. We had the Build Me Up Buttercup and They Do Exist. If you like Reeses and peanut butter the BMUB us the way to go. TDE is magical with all the cotton candy flavor and sugar sprinkles. If you are looking to try something it is worth it! read more

What if told you that you didn't need to go to UNIVERSAL STUDIOS OR BEACHES and Cream at Disney ......but you can go to this little hidden GEM across the street from OLD TOWN in Kissimmee FL, so we have been to Crazy mason in MYRTLE BEACH AND Gatlinburg TN..both were AWESOME and crazy ha ha ..GOOD and BUSY..even on a cold winter day...in TN and a HOT summer day in SC. So many choices..they use BLUE BELL ice cream and tons of others toppings...prices are reasonable you get a cute mug .. MANAGERS DANNY AND MIKE and their STAFF are so friendly and hospitable and they lets us watch their ice cream magic art.... They also have holiday MASON and special..stop by and get your MASON fix! ENJOY ! And thanks CRAZY MASON STAFF WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN!! read more
It's ok the do have some crazy milk shakes we had the pb one it was ok but I couldn't really taste any of the chocolate or pb sauce and for the price was not worth it my daughter had the cotton candy sundae which is basically the same as the milkshake minus the souvenir cup and it's half the price. Staff were really nice and the location is awesome. Not sure if I will be back it's to overpriced for what you get I'll go to DQ next time. I do like the souvenir cup though it's cute read more

First off l, I love ice cream, and am a very harsh judge of dessert places that specialize in ice cream. With that said, home run! Presentation was awesome, taste was even better. Staff was friendly, and I know some of the reviews made comments on the atmosphere, but I thought it was a cool ice creamy vibe. Love that there are sinks readily available to rinse your souvenir mugs too! read more

This is definitely a cool place with a cool concept but I have to say that the environment itself is sort of bland and stagnant. Maybe I was just there on a slow night but there didn't seem to be much of a vibe. As far as the milkshakes went they demand a premium price for a smaller than normal shake. It's sort of cool but also gimmicky. It's the type of place that I'd recommending going to once but in all honesty after the initial visit I don't think that I'd return. $32 for two milkshakes is overpriced for sure yet it is cool enough of a concept to check out at least once. read more

Cute little shop, it was crazy busy with all of us cheerleaders in town, but the services was great. Everything was delicious. The Oreo could come in a color changing cup, but they were out so they swapped my daughter's regular cup with a valentines one, which she loved. We will be back for sure next year for D2 Summit and be coming here. read more
