It consisted of a hearty variety of options: Lemon chicken, roast beef, potato and cheese pierogies, red skin parmesan potatoes, green beans, and house salad. Everything was so delicious that we put down a deposit to book them for our wedding the next day. Pricing was very reasonable, ranging from $18-$25 per person for entrees depending on chicken or fancier cuts of beef or fish. We choose Chicken Marsala, Beef Tenderloin medallions, homemade pierogies, green bean almondine with carrots, and potatoes au gratin. We also had a spinach and artichoke dip for an appetizer. The staff was great on our wedding night and made sure our guests had plenty of food. I had a big plate with a bit of everything and they totally nailed it! The entrees were nicely seasoned without being overly salty, which I've noticed a lot of wedding food can be. The beef tenderloin was super tender and wow, their homemade pierogies are to die for! She was also excellent to work with and was very fun during our linen selection process. We found the prices to be similar to those of the other approved caterers for our venue. We did find that the prices were not negotiable, so the rates were quoted stayed the same. But the prices were not overall unreasonable. During the reception, the Normandy staff were absolute pros, for the most part, going out of their way to make things run smoothly. One small complaint we heard from guests was that the waiters were very quick to grab people's drinks if left unattended for a moment (despite us providing coasters that said "don't take my drink, I'm dancing") and did not refill waters quickly, but beyond that, everything went well. As the bride and groom, our water glasses were always full to the brim and no one took our drinks unless they were empty. We'd especially like to shout-out the managers at our reception, who definitely went above and beyond. We would like to sincerely thank Susan, who kindly noticed that the bride was extremely hot (because the venue was warm) and jumped in to resolve it. She really advocated for us and our guests, and we cannot thank her enough.
