Upon checking in i was escorted to changing room, given a locker assignment and code. The code was on a card that had a clip to attach to your robe. Water, coffee, candies and even a chocolate cake were available. I did have a small cup of the water. The tech who gave me my massage let me choose an oil scent and then placed a few drops on the cover sides where your face goes into. My gel manicure took longer than usual, the edges we not very neat, and they started chipping after only a few days (that's never happened anywhere else!!). Not to mention, they don't use liners in the pedicure bowls!! They "clean" them between, of course, but I'm not too keen on busy worker's sanitation skills or consistency nor the dingy look of their pedi bowls. I ended up getting them done at a random shop while out of town and was very pleased. This was the first place I tried in Clarksville, so I have nothing to compare it to here, but I won't be going back. He cut both my big toes during my pedicure. Twice on the left big toe & once on the right. 6 days later they are still not healed and look awful. I can't wear sandals. I should have stopped him as soon as I noticed his hands were shaking. I just didn't want to make a scene on her birthday. Plus, they started getting busy with just 3 nail techs available. If he doesn't regularly do services but did so because they were short on help, he should have just said so. I would have gladly waited considering the outcome.
