Exceptional Service and Skill at Milano Nail Spa by Tracy I recently had the pleasure of visiting Milano Nail Spa, and once again, Tracy exceeded my expectations, making my nails look absolutely stunning. Despite the short notice, as I made my appointment just a day before, Tracy was incredibly accommodating. She managed to squeeze me in for both a manicure and pedicure, ensuring that my nails looked just as fabulous as they did the last time. Being new to the town and state, finding someone as talented and welcoming as Tracy has been a blessing. It's not just about getting my nails done; it's the entire experience that makes it special. Like most I enjoy getting my nails done, especially my toes. I'm currently looking for a new establishment and I decided to try this location. This was my second visit and I would not go back for a third. I remember the time when basic pedicures used to be only $25 to $27 at this location it was $35. And the price was not right. The pedicurist who did my feet did not apply a base coat, did not give me 2 coats of the color, and did not give me foot flops for my feet. I was sad this happened, I was also shocked by the small color selection. And noticed that there were no shimmer options for regular polish, only for gel. So you would have to pay extra for a little sparkle. My daughter got a specialty pedicure that was for $10 more. But apart from an appliance of some lotion or balm, there was no real difference. I will say a positive that stood out was that they gave military discount. UPDATE I had the owner continue to text me and contact me or someone from Milano. Telling me to give them a second chance. Well today I did and my above review stays the same. For $35 dollars I was again disappointed by the pedicure service. Final and last time I do not recommend this location for pedi ever. read more

Be aware. This was absolutely the last time I will go here. I had been going here for a long time and had recommended friends and family. They charge you for things which are included in a regular service. And when you question them they look at you like they don't understand. l asked for a regular pedicure. And the guy who does it for me all the time, he knows I have ingrown nail. I normally get the $55 pedicure. Today I just simply wanted a regular. He tells me I didn't have any ingrown nails. Doesn't even clean my heals. Washed my feel, barely put lotion on and said I am done. And charged $5 extra for removing gel polish. I wanted ombré nails. Normally it's $55 and it states on their website. He charged me for a fill and $30 extra for stuff that wasn't asked or explained. If you decide to go there please ask before you receive service what they will be charging you. I will never return to this store and I will make sure everyone knows how they rip there customers off. I will post pictures of what I asked and what I got. Nail shapes wasn't even followed or colors. I will also post the recipe. read more

Milano's Nail Spa is a hidden gem in Clarksville! I had a great experience during my Sunday afternoon visit. The salon is clean, modern, and has a nice ambiance. The staff was welcoming and professional, making me feel comfortable when I walked in. I booked online for a Lavender 4-in-1 pedicure and classic manicure with Tracy. She really took her time to ensure I had a relaxing experience. The foot massage with steam was a heavenly combination. They have a great selection of services, an assortment of colors, and nail art options. The pricing is fair for the quality of service, and the chairs during the pedicure were incredibly comfy -- a nice bonus! Overall, Milano's is one of the best nail salons in Clarksville, and I'll be back for sure! read more
