This was my third visit in the last month, and each experience has been excellent. On my first visit, I enjoyed a Hot Honey Lavender Latte with a pastry. My second visit was for an Iced Vanilla Latte, and today I stopped in planning to grab an Iced Honey Vanilla Latte to go. Instead, I decided to stay for lunch, and I'm so glad I did. The café is clean, inviting, and the staff is genuinely friendly. I was greeted by the owner/manager, who took the time to welcome me and check in throughout my meal to make sure everything was to my liking. That level of hospitality goes a long way. I'll admit, I was a little skeptical about ordering Mediterranean food from a neighborhood coffee shop, but that skepticism disappeared after the very first bite. I ordered the white meat chicken kabob plate with hummus, garlic sauce, rice, and pita, and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was perfectly marinated, tender, and full of the authentic Mediterranean flavors I know and love. It was clear this wasn't an afterthought on the menu--it was prepared with care and quality ingredients. Before leaving, I couldn't resist taking home a few pieces of baklava for the family, and they were the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal. I'm happy to say I've found my new local spot whenever I'm craving a great coffee, breakfast, or a satisfying lunch or dinner plate.
