I go down the stairs, back to my car to head back to Randy's. I reenter the drive-thru and met the young man with the grey sweatshirt and curly hair. I proceed to tell him that I went all the way home to discover that when I opened my box, I noticed that my order was incorrect!!! He looks at my order (in addition to the other donuts I ordered, I wanted two twists for my daughter and received two glazed round donuts). He corrects the order and said sorry. But did not go the extra mile to make me smile. For the wasted time I had to take to go back to get the right order. Not an extra donut or perhaps a coupon to entice me to make another visit. Well, I will not be back any time soon. Cause I only went back because of my kids. Randy's won't be seeing me. :-(
