    Glazed croutons & donut holes
    Holly W.

I had to stop and try their glazed croutons. What i found: Love the flaxy layers and the hint if glaz The top was way too sugary, way too.kuch glaze. I love sweets but I couldn't finish the top! No parking available in the lot. Nice employees. Some interesting flavor options.

SK is my go-to spot whenever I'm craving a sweet treat. The service is always good and the donuts never disappoint. I appreciate that they always have new flavors to try out. The only downside is the parking lot it can be a bit of a pain.

The Filipino-inspired donuts here are Filipino approved! I got the Ube Overload and Pistachio Calamansi donuts here and both were delicious. Both were fluffy and did not feel too heavy. The Ube Overload had great Ube flavoring and the cream filling was light and enjoyable. My favorite of the two. The Pistachio Calamansi was great as well and I like how it wasn't too tart since it is a citrus flavor. However, I would've liked a little more Calamansi flavor for it to be perfect. Overall, great experience here and I would come back to try the other items!

I love a good donut, and SK was the perfect pick-me-up! And I loved all of the unique flavors. I couldn't decide between the pistachio and Ferrero Rocher, so I got both to share with some friends. The staff were so sweet and were so excited to discuss the flavor profile of each donut. To honor my first time visiting, they offered me a glazed donut to try complimentary with the two-donut purchase. I love that the donuts are more of a cake consistency. The ferrero rocher flavor especially had the best consistency, sprinkled hazelnuts on the top and the nutty flavor tasted just like the chocolate.

    Turkey bacon avocado on ciabatta

Besides having some really delicious doughnuts. They have some pretty amazing sandwiches. My go to is Turkey bacon avocado on a ciabatta. The sandwiches are a nice size too. If you eat it all you will definitely be set for a while. The bacon is always so crispy and the flavors really blend well together. The Thai tea from there is really good too. Sometimes we drive from studio city area for one of these sandwiches. So good.

let's talk about my personal obsession: the chocolate peanut butter donut. Elite. Iconic. Life-changing. The combo is perrrrrrrfffffff -- rich chocolate, creamy peanut butter, soft fluffy donut... it's giving main character energy. If you love supporting family businesses and eating next-level donuts, SK's is the move. 10/10. No notes.

tl;dr despite the fanfare, these faux-fancy donuts don't measure up to their premium prices Every Angeleno has their favorite mom-and-pop donut shop, but few are well-regarded beyond the neighborhood regulars. One popular stop is SK Donuts & Croissant. This Fairfax favorite recently underwent a swank remodel, doubling their store space and expanding their traditional menu to include trendy and fancy creations. The shop dominates an otherwise congested strip mall shared with a nail salon and a print shop. A large, pink-frosted donut image is plastered across multiple windows. The inside is sleek and modern. The walls are decorated with maroon accents and upbeat, donut-themed artwork. Black-and-white hexagon tiles run along the floor, up into the donut display. Each shelf of donuts is brightly lit, and descriptions are marked directly onto the glass. The remainder of the sandwich and coffee menu is hand-written on chalkboards against the subway-tiled back wall. Contemporary R&B echoes around the room. I arrived late on a weekday afternoon, and I was impressed by SK's steady stream of customers. After ogling at SK's fancy donut lineup, I limited my order to 2: the Banana Foster raised donut and a standard "SKronut". For the former, I loved the few bites with both banana and brulee; however, the remainder of the surprisingly unfilled donut was bland, lifeless, and mostly indistinguishable from the average donut shop. Meanwhile, the SKronut (SK's croissant-style donut) was flakier than any cronut I've had; however, it was overpowered by an inconsistently thick glaze that chipped off at every opportunity. Service is friendly and efficient, and my bill worked out to an eyebrow-raising $10. The price was jarring because the donuts were not much better than the run-of-the-mill, dollar donutery. With so many more memorable donuts, even just in the neighborhood, I can't see myself settling for SK in the future.

Got a variety from SK - so many good choices! The staff was very helpful as we decided what we wanted. You don't have to do 6 or 12, we just picked what we wanted and were charged individually. Also got an Americano which was special made, down to how much half & half went on top. Definitely recommend!

Vegan. Pistachio. Donut. Just do it. I love this place. They have so much variety, but their simplest donuts are usually the best. I've tried everything from bananas foster to glazed to polvorones here. The staff is always nice and will be honest about their recommendations. Not everything is a winner, but that's true of any specialty donut spot honestly. There's a small parking lot and you can walk to the tar pits if you need to walk these off.

Uber Eats delivery. Excellent donuts. Execution, creativity, appearance, flavor profiles. They worked diligently to fulfill my order and called in to ensure I was afforded alternatives. I'm impressed and will be sure to visit them in person.

The fresh orange juice is my absolute favorite! This is one of my favorite places to Grab donuts for my coworkers. It's always a hit. Never have a complaint. The only thing. As a ham and cheese croissant lover. The bread is othe sweet side. Thank you guys for always making my coworkers happy.

    Yes, and they're delish!

Hi, do you offer gf donuts? And if so are they fluffy or cakey?

They do in fact have GF donuts. I can't answer the second part of your question because I've never tried them.

    Yea

Are there any vegan cronuts (not donuts)?

    Yes

    Do they have kolaches?

    No, they do not.

I'm from the Bay Area but I've been to Cafe Dulce several times. My wife and I really like their Hong Kong Tea Latte and their Matcha drink, as well as their various donuts and baked goods. In the morning rush they can be a little busy but the staff work hard. On a recent visit I saw people eating their steak breakfast burritos, so I ordered one for myself and a coworker. The burritos were reasonable size, the steak was seasoned well, and the breakfast burrito had potatoes in it (I only like breakfast burritos that have potatoes/hash browns/tots in it). Keep supporting the classics, not just because they've been around for a while, but because they have strong products and service.

Mochi Twist ($5)-- Nice and dense mochi texture? I guess it's hard to describe but it's not hollow and airy like a typical donut. There's some chew to it. And it's not too sweet! Blueberry Roti ($4)-- Flaky crumble on top and blueberry jam?? YES YESSSS. I liked this so much I'd definitely go back for it. Blueberry jam is so underrated and it's rare to find it in a pastry! Makes for a good sweet lil treat. Hot latte ($5)-- Perfect!! No complaints. Not too milky, not too light. Good ratio. I was actually kind of worried ordering a latte because not every place does it right but it's good here! Iced blueberry matcha ($6?)-- I see lots of good things about this drink on here but ooooooof... it missed the mark and by a LOOOT too. It was green sweet cereal milk. Where's the matcha? Where's the blueberry? It was so confusing because I see the green and I know I ordered matcha... but it's just sweet milk! And it's not even blueberry flavored milk. Did they forget the blueberry jam? Syrup? Whatever they use? Because it just tastes like the milk after a bowl of Frosted Flakes or something like that. Very sad, very disappointing. Ended up tossing after a couple sips. ANDDD for those matcha purists this is NOOOT the place for you! They have it pre mixed in a milk gallon. So we just saw green milk coming out of a gallon into this cup like yeppppp ok expectations immediately lowered. Anyways, hot latte is good and the 2 pastries I got were good! Steer clear of the matcha!!!
