We checked this place out before flying out of LAX and had a good experience. They have a wide selection of items on their menu. We tried the original glazed raised and the chocolate raised. The donuts were huge and delicious. For the price ($7ish total for 3 donuts) the donut size matches the price. It would be like ordering 2 donuts at our local place. We will definitely be back when in the area to try more items.
Made famous by Tony Stark we stumbled onto Randy's enroute from the airport. We wanted to stop in so there we were. The donuts we had were pretty great with the exception of the long John that was light on creme. My chocolate crondy - a croissant donut combo - was really great. But we only ordered 4 because they were pricey and the wait was far too long. We watched easily 3 parties leave the line because they didn't want to wait longer. Made it better for us, but still. Two people should be able to handle a drive thru and walk up window far faster. And $18 for 4 donuts is silly. But I guess that's so SoCal.

The m&m one has always been my favourite at Randy's and this location was no different. The dough is soft and the candy and chocolate on top were fantastic. The glaze donut was also really good and let's be real, obviously so was the cookies and cream one. Overall, Randy's Donuts is probably my favourite donut chain and I'm not sure it even has competition. The staff here was great, the drive through was super quick, and the donuts were fantastic. I'll definitely be back again and again.

Upbeat service just makes the entire stop feel worth it. The exterior was also clean and well kept. If you find yourself in this part of Los Angeles, make a beeline straight to Randy's. You will not be disappointed. Grab a donut, grab a coffee, grab a selfie with the giant donut if you want to, because this place is a classic for a reason. Highly Recommended!

I had a lemon iced old fashioned and glazed buttermilk bar. The lemon glaze was awesome. There's no ambiance since there is not place to eat. It's fast and affordable. I would say it's conveniently located to the airport, gas stations and car return area.
Random side quest while visiting LA, while driving we stumbled upon Randy's and I couldn't believe my eyes. We had to get a donut and settled on a classic glazed to see if Tony Stark knew good donuts. It was great! They are freshly made, soft, sweet and delicious. Ordered a strawberry jelly filled, devil's food cake, and chocolate old fashioned this morning! Also got a mocha iced coffee. The devil's food cake and chocolate old fashioned were a little dry but our favorite was the strawberry! We'll have to come back to try the other ones. read more

On the way out of LA I wanted a donut for the road and of course had to make sure it was Randy's. The giant donut is iconic so it was a must! They have a drive through which was definitely popping so we opted to order at the walk up window. I got the old fashioned and my sister got the raised glazed. Oh yeah! Finally made it to a Randy's Donuts! Not too many people in line in a Saturday - 7 cars in the drive through, but only 2 parties in the walk up - quickly served up my double espresso, two waters, forgot my husbands coffee... and so did we lol guess we were too giddy about the donut selection! Ordered a traditional, a cherry dipped, crondy (?), an fashioned glazed, cinnamon crumb cake, and two maple bars. Immediately mowed right through all but two of them. Oh and hubby ordered a breakfast sandwich - muffin sausage and cheese and it was good! No regrets hahahaha worth the wait - and now a "must stop" every time we drive to SD and back l! Fire donuts! Honestly thought this place would be overhyped since its popular, but the donuts are actually really good! I like the drive thru, it makes it convenient and pro tip: DOWNLOAD THE APP!! They give some coupons on the app and they are great! I like how its close to the freeway, I've only had the donuts and none of the drinks and they were all really great so far! Randy's donuts is that spot! Prepare yourself, the drive-thru may have you blocking traffic but the staff moves the line pretty quick so you won't have to spiral for long. It's worth the hassle but parking and walking up to the order window is less stressful if you have the time. The crondy! Croissant-donut hybrid had me AND my kids in a chokehold. It's flaky, glazed and dangerous! Everything in the classic box is delicious but if you walk away without a crondy did you even really go? We'll be back soon. Of course I was in the area so I had to stop by Randy's! I got a Nutella donut, red report, chocolate twist, chocolate sprinkles, butter, and a couple others. The line was super short but went by quickly too. The person that helped us was super friendly! And I love that they have a drive thru - although I went to the counter because I didn't know what I wanted LOLLL. It took me a while. But everything tasted great and fresh and fluffy and overall really good ! It is tricky to get into the lot - but there is parking that's super easy! read more

Who can actually go to LA without stopping at Randy's donuts! Saw the iconic giant donut from a distance and after going to Roscoe's chicken and waffles had to make a stop for some donuts and photo op! Got a variety of donuts, including the Texas glazed... This place deserves so much. I love the idea of a 4$ discount on a dozen of donuts. I got 35 donuts and 8$ off my order. So the total of 35 donuts came down to be 76$. Regular price. I was buying it omw to give it out to restaurant workers and I had to go there quickly, but the speed of preparation of this facility is insane. They got me all those donuts in a matter of 2-3 minutes. I thought I would have to wait at least 10-15 mins but no - the speed is awesome. The cleanliness of the location could see some improvement and the location speakers were a little bit confusing or was it a guy taking my order - idk. I didn't understand if he was asking me or saying smth so at the end we just decided to roll up to the next window. The other thing - I asked for one of each regular donuts, which they almost gave me but not really. There were 15 different options on the menu, but they only gave me 12. While I was in LA I had to stop at the world famous Randy's Donuts. When we walk up to the window the staff greeted us. The staff were friendly and polite. I ordered chocolate twist, 2 glazed donuts, blueberry cake donut, chocolate chip donut, glazed donut rounds and a couple of chocolate rounds. The donuts were delicious and soft. The ambiance is customer friendly. The menu has some great donut selections, croissants, coffee and tea selections. When you are in Inglewood swing by Randy's you will not be disappointed. read more

Stopped in on my way to the airport at like 4 am. Just had to stop once I noticed it when we first left LAX. Of course I wanted to see if the place i see in all the movies and tv shows was good and they didnt disappoint at all. Donuts were still fresh and service was good even at that early hour. Didnt get a whole bunch because we had to catch a flight so only got 3 but they were good. Original glazed, lemon old fashioned and blueberry. Really good donuts! Worth stopping by if you are a donut lover, in the area and want to cross it off your list of places to say you've been there when you see it again. You have to like Randy's it's not a choice. Visit LA and go to Randy's. Donuts a donut guys I've said it before. They have specialty ones and they're aight but if you don't like Randy's I dunno what to tell you. Pick-y pick-y. You're just hating at that point to be edgy. Everything is solid here. I worked my way all down the menu when I lived here last time I think. Including specialties. Bros don't pay several dollars for cereal on your donut. I know it's 1:20am and they're still open and you're high but use some wisdom, those dollars could be spent on gas. Funnily enough. Technically I think this spot lies right outside the border of Inglewood since I drive down this road all the time. Its on the other side of the street that's actually Westchester I think. But it shows up in all the hood movies ofc. No one cares except me. Inglewood is super expensive these days anyway probably on the level of Westchester even so. Don't pretend you're cool for coming here at night lol. I've literally seen like roller skate communities pull up here. Its very safe and the next freeway exit I'm pretty sure is literally LMU so. Yelp review #150 I had to slide down to Randy's Donuts in Inglehood (wood) . Most West Coast folks remember that huge ole donut on the roof that's been in hella movies. First time going there after so many time I've been to LA, so the touristy thang to do was pull up and see what it's hittin' for. I'm not a sweet/dessert person by no means but I grabbed the maple and the regular glazed, and both of 'em were straight crack. No exaggeration. Straight addicting, to the point I said " ah nah I can't have another one of those or else imma be feening". That maple had the perfect balance of soft, sweet, but not doing too much. And the glazed? Bruh... it literally melted in my mouth. Randy's is the OG spot. Old-school, just good donuts made right. Customer service was on point. Randy's a mandatory stop. Look, donuts aren't typically a usual item in my diet (I'll maybe have 2-3 in a standard year), but Randy's just might be changing that -- I stopped by to cheer on my wife for a marathon where the course ran past Randy's, so I thought I'd support a local business and try it out. Turns out, my happenstance stop brought me one of the best donuts I've ever eaten. Light, fluffy, and beautifully sweet, each bite was sugary perfection. Randy's is a staple if your visiting Inglewood, CA! As you can see they have parking but also a drive up, walk up window. They do not have seating to eat there onsite, but most people just grab and go. I opted for the cake sprinkle donut and also a small glaze with chocolate and sprinkles. I loved the chocolate donut more and I love the pricing is affordable. I only paid .95. They have a donut option for any and everyone. The location is very convenient and the wait was not long. We plan on getting a box when leaving out of the area:) read more

I stopped to get donut holes, but while waiting, I noticed how many donuts are sitting out in the open.... (a flies or gnat's dream) What is being done to keep flies and gnats off of the donuts?
We've never had any problems with flies or gnats. You could mention your concerns to the manager. They are very nice and I'm sure would welcome your feedback.
Do you fry donuts in the same oil as bacon?
Randy's has a separate building next door where The donuts are made. The donuts are not fried in the same oil. They wouldn't do that because the bacon flavor is strong and would make every donut taste like bacon.

Vegan means no dairy or eggs. Unless it's a bacon donut, all donuts are vegetarian. :)
