Second, after 40 years State Farm canceled my…read moreinsurance for 2 comprehensive claims of less than $3000 and an accident which was a non fault accident when I was stopped on the interstate for an accident in front of me. I was rear ended by an illegal driver that totaled my car. State Farm got all its money back from Progressive Insurance but after 18 months they stated a bad driver record for canceling me. I have no speeding tickets ever and to be cancelled because of a non fault accident is beyond greedy! Worst of all the staff in that office could see that State Farm has subjugated against the at fault insurance office and policyholder and they didn't lift a finger to fight for me. You want shitty overpriced insurance and a greedy ass insurance company by all means get insurance from these bunch of thieves! Dustin go F yourself and your office.

    Buyer beware: Prior to selling my Ram 1500 I called this…read morelocation to get a quote - I was quoted ~168 dollars a month for full coverage over the phone prior to trading my vehicle - my bill is now closer to 200/month for the same coverage with no valid reason for the price hike (Classic bait and switch scam) After spending ~an hour on the phone with multiple representatives including management and the owner I was basically told 'sorry' and advised to seek insurance elsewhere or just eat the difference in cost (over 300 dollars at year). There was a complete lack of transparency that the quote was actually an estimate and was subject to change based on factors that are not my fault.. (you get penalized for using a service YOU PAY FOR and it counts against you even if you were not at fault). Nothing but excuse after excuse and sorry but there's nothing we can do. The whole purpose of me trading my vehicle (truck) was to save money now I am stuck with a sedan instead and NOT saving money. After speaking with Dustin I am still expected to pay the difference nothing has changed just 'sorry sorry sorry' Take your business elsewhere.

    I opted to transfer my business to another agent after this agent's office messed up my homeowner's…read morepolicy. If you can imagine not having home owner's insurance due to their negligence. The issue started back in July. I always pay the homeowners for the full year and I pay the auto insurance every 6 months. Charles was not in the office and the lady working in the office said she could make the payment. She took the payment information but said that the homeowners were not due, which I thought was odd, so she only took payment for the 6 months of the auto policy. I am not sure how she applied the payment, because I received the proof of ins. cards in the mail, but then received notice that my auto policy would be canceled if payment was not made, it was set to expire within 18 days from the date of that notice. I received that on the weekend, so I called the toll free cust. # and they said they could not see the payment. Then they saw it, but for some reason, it was not applied to the right item. So that started my frustration and having to call Charle's office so many times. I literally had to call multiple times during the day and would get voicemail. The same lady that made the error that initiated all of these issues finally answered at one point and I explained my concerns. I explained about the homeowners and she said my policy had gone up a few hundred dollars and that I'd need to provide some type of proof of how close the hydrants are on the property to get a lower rate. So I jumped through hoops and called the local fire dept. they provided me with what was requested. Basically long story short, this lead to a ton more of calls back and forth to where I'm at now with it being October, my homeowners is still pending. I literally would call multiple times during the course of the day, even calling one day shortly after 9 am on a week day and getting the message that the office was not open yet. I called many times and got the same message. I cannot believe the lack of professionalism in contrast to how it "seemed" when I first started dong business with State Farm. A customer should NOT have to call so many times due to an error caused by State Farm staff. I literally would call customer service and then they'd have to call the office. This issue originated back in July and it is now October and it is still in the process of being rectified. 3 months and my homeowners is still in limbo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Deplorable business practices and I am alerting BBB, Consumer Affairs and everyone about this. I will never do business with Charles Oxendine's office. I requested to have all of my business transferred to another office as this is completely unacceptable. I cannot believe the lack of professional courtesy and the lack of concern he has for his customers, it even goes back to him not having his office call or follow up after something as problematic as this. I am going to complain to corporate, because I'm seeing that I am not the only one to experience such horrific follow up on something as them rectifying their own issues. Update as of 10/22/16: I was looking at my bank statement and I was charged $137.11 on 10/19/16 for a payment plan. Since I've been with SF, I have NEVER had a payment plan, I pay my premiums in full, so this was an error. I called customer service and they could not find any record of this, but it would NOT surprise me if it is another error by Charle's Oxendine's office as a parting gift, since I transferred all of my accounts to another SF agent. If in fact that I find out that is the case, I am going to Charle's supervisor or whomever is over his supervisor's head, because this would be the last of many issues that I've had and the fact that I've had to exhaust so much effort to resolve this bs is ridiculous.
