I merely asked them to check when my bill was due but they couldn't even do a simple task . Everyone I know who is associated with this agency cannot wait to get out of this office so they can speak to a person who can answer a simple question. One friend of mine said the agent actually hung the phone up when he got frustrated due to his inability to solve a basic insurance issue.
