This is by far the worst software development team I have ever worked with. Stephan the owner has…read moremismanaged our project, is vague with deadlines and never picks up the phone the day he promises to deliver. Pay key attention to his reviews. They are fabricated. Got some insight from his previous clients and they echo the same pains we are having. He is rude, unprofessional and never gives a straight answer. He has also buffed our information on his website, Facebook and clutch.co. NEVER sign his papers, they are extremely vague and essentially say "we will give you a estimated time of delivery but if we are 3-4 months late, it's your fault, even though we keep taking more projects than we can handle and juggle them because it's a 2-man/woman shop. This has been confirmed by 2 attorneys. They will take your money and hold your work as hostage-ware until they get what they want from you even before delivering the actual product. Full of excuses and terrible communication. Edit: After we posted our honest reviews that were long overdue, and after ignoring our emails, calls and text messages, the owner sent a petty text message saying that he will hold our product hostage until next week, instead of resolving the issues we have been having.

Easily the worst app I've ever used. Especially when it was so important for it to work properly…read more There's ZERO tech support. No phone support and no emails returned. I missed 2 appoints with an oncologist today because the app locked me out twice and was having major issues. When I finally got in touch with the oncologist she said they'd been having tons of problems with the app. Save yourself a headache if you're a medical professional or patient.

Poor quality of services offered, that was my experience. The whole point of their e visit's…read moreservice is supposed to be a high quality HIPAA compliant video interface. As far as being HIPPA compliant and highly secure, I suppose it was, although I cannot guarantee it. What I can attest to is my personal and professional experience with the product and e visit's customer service. I would have to say that there were connection issues (i.e.audio and video issues - frozen, and pixelated screens etc.) at least 50 to 65% of the time when I used the system. The scheduling feature was particularly bad, and appeared to have been rushed to market. The "app", and I use the term loosely was not user friendly or compatible with all mobile devices (again fraught with bugs and glitches). They also lock you into an (auto renewing) year long contract with them. After complaining about the service, they essentially did nothing. To add insult to injury they auto renewed my service and would not release me from the contract. Buyer beware! There are other much less expensive alternatives services to e visit, that provide HIPPA compliant reliable connections without the "glitz or glitches" of e visit. In summary e visit is a poor value, unreliable and quite disappointing overall. 8/21/19 : Just got this mia culpa email from e visit apologizing for subpar services, and for dropping the ball. "Earlier this summer, eVisit suffered latency in several application areas, most severely in the creation of new user accounts. While all patient data on the platform was secure and at no time compromised or at risk, this did impact your ability to use the eVisit platform. These issues surfaced partially as a result of an increased volume of patient and provider utilization, but acutely because of an unannounced patch by Microsoft to their Azure infrastructure. This is not the quality of service that we are used to providing, and have promised to provide. We are acutely aware of how disruptive this incident was, and our team worked diligently to diagnose the root cause, manage and mitigate the symptoms, then upgrade the underlying infrastructure and systems for long-term performance and scaling." (Your words, not mine) There was even more to the email, but you get the gist. They actually made a pathetically worded apology for their awful platform, DO NOT FALL FOR IT. As usual nothing but excuses for continued lousy performance of Evisit software.
