This year a provided them with a completed 8938 and asked them to file that with my tax return. My invoice added $50 for the privilege. Upon querying this and requesting a refund Rachel Hutzler told me they could not file the completed 8938 as requested, they used mine to create another verify it against the one I had provided and filed it. They did not follow my instructions and did not advise me of such just went head saying they were following their own policies. After going backwards and forwards several times Rachel Hutzler has refused to refund my $50 and there was no indication that she forwarded my request to be considered by a higher authority within the company. I pointed out that if they told me they would not be following my instructions and were going to charge me $50 I would have filed it myself
