The salesman ordered incorrect doors and expected me to accept "fixes' to hide imperfections. I stopped them from installing the third door as the second door was also incorrect. The stoppage was temporary until we resolved my concerns. The owner showed up and asked what I needed to do to fix this. I explained my concerns, he stated he would do some research and contact me. " He is a new owner and admitted he knows very little about the business he recently purchased." After about a week and a number of calls and attempts to resolve my concerns, he finally called me back. He read a statement and ended the conversation with, "We've fulfilled our contract and we're done working at your house. I replied, the 2 doors you installed are incorrect, one is incomplete and I can't put a storm door on the front door as ordered, you still need to install a third door and a storm door. How do you consider this fulfilment of your contract? He replied, "Have your attorney contact mine." I took him to small claims court. I won a judgement for $5,430.00, the amount of my deposit on November 26, 2025. He is required to pay this amount plus interest. I am out my attorney fees. I have not heard from him. The judge stated he breached contract, improperly installed incorrect doors and by doing what the contractor wanted to do would void the front door manufacturer warranty. (this was about a $6,500.00 door. The company admitted in court, they ordered the wrong doors for the application. The company countersued me for $6,500.00 which the judge dismissed. Potential customers need to be aware of how this company is run. I would NOT recommend calling this company for any reason.
