Totally trust Direct to Press with all my printing needs, from business catalogs, to postcards and banners for my retail booth. Easy to work, user friendly upload service, great price, and perfect communication with the sales and designer team. If something looks odd, they contact you before printing the job to be sure you are satisfied with the final work. I moved to Temecula, 3 years ago, but I still work with them, remotely downloading my files online and picking up my work when done. They totally know my business and what I need and for that reason I am a loyal customer.

Our rush flyers look amazing! Thank you !

Direct2press helped me immediately when other printing companies wouldn't. They were able to print my flyers in a timely manner and it came out great. These flyers were reasonably priced and the gloss they added made the flyer look amazing. Thank you for your great service !!

I liked the convenience of being able to print Save The Dates postcards locally even though the price would be much higher than finding a bigger online company. I proceeded to upload the file to them after agreeing on a price. A few days later, the bride to be picked up the cards at their shop. She called me up telling me that she wanted me to take a look at the cards as they looked shrimp red on the picture. When I took a look, I immediately knew they were wrong so I made a phone call to their shop and the pressman answered. I explained to him that I've been working in prepress for many many years and that the file SHOULD NOT have printed this red as the couple looks sunburned. He mentioned to me that he noticed it but that if I wanted a reprint, it would come out looking the same as my file is too saturated. He would charge half the price to do a reprint with a new file. I kept telling him that the file looked right but he wouldn't take that as an explanation. I don't know why a company that's been in business this long would not question "sunburned" picture before proceeding with a job. I did what he asked and desaturated the file, although it wasn't what we were going for. The picture was supposed to have vivid colors on it. Uploaded a new file and asked them to confirm it would print right before proceeding. I did not hear back from them. I come to find out they reprinted the job without confirming it with us. In the meantime, I had the original file printed at Staples, with my home inkjet and also at C2 Reprographics in Sorrento Valley. All three samples came out beautiful. Since C2 Repro offered to print them at $22 less than Direct To Press, I had them proceed with the job. I showed them the postcards that Direct To Press printed and not only did they confirm they were way off, they also noticed that Direct To Press printed them at a lower resolution than the file. Needless to say, I explained the findings to DTP as well as a provide a visual side by side comparison of what they produced and what C2 Repro produced. I requested they refund the brides money and that we would return the postcards as they were unacceptable to mail out. They refuse to accept that the job they produced was unacceptable and therefore, I am spreading the word. Save your money and go with a shop that a) calibrates their printers to match the paper b) confirms with clients if something doesn't look right c) accepts responsibility for their mistakes. *** Take a look at the side by side picture of the Save the Date cards***

Copy2Copy completed an amazing document digitization project for us, preserving our family legacy…read morefrom the past 100+ years. This was way beyond scanning of historic documents - their quality control is unmatched - cropping and positioning every scan, which was perfectly digitized, and meticulously labeling every document, folder and file in a logical file structure so we can easily locate over 7,500 documents. Some documents are from the 1940's and earlier, larger format, which required careful handling to preserve both the image and document. Nimish and his team are responsive, communicate well and thoughtful in how they approach a project of this magnitude. They had many helpful suggestions as we progressed to completion. We've uploaded the entire project to a protected redundant shared Google Drive structure so all the kids, grandkids and great grandkids can access it for decades to come. We highly recommend Cop2Copy for important, high value projects to preserve treasured memories like this, in an easily accessible and organized format. We are beyond thrilled with the outcome.

He stated they could make it and suggested I make a digital copy for future needs. I went with his suggestion. Mimi's said it could be done within an hour. That made me so happy because I was in the area for other businesses and didn't want to come back due to working in another part of town. I returned in an hour. The booklet was completed with a digital copy on a memory card. They even made me a second copy for free! Was it worth the cost and time? Absolutely because the booklet will head out to a friend that has lost his years ago! The booker is from our bootcamp days from the U.S. Navy from 1987! Thank you Nimish at Copy2Copy for your help, suggestions, and friendly staff!

We got some misaligned business cards with crooked cuts and they didn't help us with it because my…read moreboss took more than 30 days to notice. Technically past the 30 day guarantee but someone told us they can fix it but another department said they couldn't a few weeks later. Just be sure to check your orders, especially the cuts. I believe it was customer support vs the actual sales/operations/printing department. I understand it was my boss's fault for not noticing for over 30 days. The order was placed in late 2023 and he did not notice until early 2024. And I know the guarantee only covers 30 days. But they told me they would fix it and I spent a long time taking pictures and uploading them between multiple emails because the pictures were not delivering from my company email to their customer support so I had to redo it. A few weeks after all this, they decided that since it was more than 30 days they changed their mind and would not help us. And again, yes it was well over 30 days and no longer guaranteed but we thought maybe they could do it as a courtesy. I was explicitly told that the replacements would be included in our order in January 2024, which was about 90 days since the bad order, but they never came and they retracted their statement :( The fact that they sent us thousands of crooked business cards for a substantial amount of money, then mistakenly told us that they would fix it after I spent so long to get those pictures and then waiting so long before saying otherwise. My boss was considering taking our business elsewhere, however, their prices are good and we only had that one major issue besides customer service being a little slow sometimes. Their delivery speeds are good as well and I'm happy with my business cards, he was just not happy with his. UPDATE in response to the customer service comment: Yes, I was aware it was past the 30 day guarantee. No, it was not "a year ago" at the time, it was a few months from late 2023 to early 2024. I didn't mind that the guarantee doesn't cover it. The thing that bothered me was the fact that customer service told me they would fix it regardless of it being a few months later, and I spent a lot of time sending them pictures and dealing with support through calls and emails. I believe it was a miscommunication between customer service and the operations team. Or between different customer service agents. Or maybe the first agent I spoke to was either lying or didn't know what they were talking about. I'd be fine if they told us right off the bat that they couldn't do it, as we just asked them to do it as a courtesy and didn't expect them to say yes. I was pleasantly surprised when the first person said they would replace it for free. They promised to send it with my January order. But then after that didn't happen, and the Yelp comment implied it was a whole year before my review without actually addressing the problem, my opinion on Printivity customer service is very negative and this brings down my rating. Just be sure to check EVERYTHING you receive very carefully when you receive them. I checked all 1000 of my business cards and they're fine. They have good prices. Just the customer service could be improved. At this point (2025), it all happened over a year ago, for real this time. The original order was in late 2023 and my concerns were "addressed" in early 2024.
