On one occasion, I had a large flyer order but needed to travel upstate. The staff at this location actually called a local FedEx Office at my destination and made arrangements to have the order completed there so I wouldn't have to travel with a heavy box of paper. I have shopped around for quotes, but I find the value and reliability here to be above average and well worth the price. I highly recommend this store!

A few days later, the package showed back up at my door because they had attached a completely different Amazon shipping label with someone else's name and address. The only reason I got my package back is because the incorrect label wasn't placed over my original label. If it had been, my package would have been delivered to a complete stranger, and I would have been out more than $200 worth of items. Mistakes happen, but this is a pretty significant one. I'm glad I caught it before my return was lost, but I hope they're more careful when attaching shipping labels in the future so this doesn't happen to someone else.

I do remember feeling that it was overpriced at the time. That was a couple years ago. Recently, my husband and I wanted to make a personalized hard-back concert poster for an event. First, I thought I would try one of the smaller, local printing shops. We contacted that shop and found that the price was more expensive than FedEx and would take several days to complete. FedEx would be able to complete the project within 24 hours. Anyway, the project came out beautifully and was ready after only about 12 hours. I was very happy with the service, though it still felt a bit expensive. Also, they have some really cute greeting cards in the office, much more fun than some that you find in your local supermarket.

At only $0.82 for a single page for black and white, it's much cheaper than other places that charge around $2.50 for the same thing. That said, there are some drawbacks. After you email your document, it can take five minutes or more just to receive the retrieval code to enter at the printer. The staff will tell you to step outside and refresh your email, but the delay makes the process pretty frustrating. Parking is another issue. There are about 17-18 spots, but even with only four customers in the store, I couldn't find a space. I waited at least eight minutes and still nothing opened up, not even on the side street. I eventually gave up on parking and walked. Overall, it's the best price I've found for printing a small number of pages, but the wait times and parking situation make it a bit of a headache.

But it took Storm Brain a week to tell me they are too busy to add 3 plugins (without site migration etc) for the rest of the year?? This review isn't about a competitive company...Fiverr has people you must find, vet and contract, so nothing like Storm Brain marketing etc. It's about time management and KNOWING your project schedule EVERY DAY like a company should, so you're not wasting people's time. I first used Sign King when I was helping with a charity event and needed some banners printed quickly and for a fair price. I have to admit, my expectations weren't too high because they were inexpensive and said they could finish the job in 1-2 days. I was amazed, however, when I picked up the banners the next day and found that they were excellent quality; very professional and high class. So, when it came time to get some signs and businesses cards printed for my new business, I decided to go back to Sign King. These people are always very friendly and accommodating and work with you to make sure you're fully satisfied with the end result. Initially, I had chosen one type of paper for my business cards but the woman who helped me kindly suggested that I consider another that was better suited to my business' logo--she was right! I was running waaay behind to get business cards printed and based on Yelp reviews, I decided to give Sign King a call . . . and am so glad I did! I am very particular and knew exactly what I wanted, and had already designed the card from one of my photographs. Given that my own work would be the subject of the card, I was nervous that I wouldn't GET exactly what I wanted, so I went into the store to be sure that we were all on the same page. In less than 30 minutes, we had finalized the design, printed and cut the cards, and I left with cards in hand. Cards with rich and beautiful colors, very true to the original image. I was thrilled! While we might have got a marginally better rate…read moresending our design off to China, it was more than worth it to be able to go into a local family owned printer and work with this outstanding crew face-to-face. Scott was very helpful and patient as we adjusted colors, did multiple test prints and changed paper stock before arriving at our perfect print. Owner Adrienne Streeter and the whole crew is super friendly and professional. Even got to tour the printing room and scope out the massive printing presses. Definitely would work with Streeter again.
