They mail harassing letters if you swear to yourself on the phone and don't care if you can access your accounts because they rushed out an untested app. Worst bank in town. read more

The phone is never answered, even if you call another location in the area and have them transfer you. The tellers aren't really friendly, you feel as if you are bothering them when you walk through the door. I don't recommend this bank at all. read more

had a very positive experience at the Directions Credit union on Briarfield Blvd., In Maumee, OH. A young man named KARL assisted me in a complicated withdrawal. His professionalism was most appreciated. As I stood there waiting to complete the transaction, the teller named McKenzie right next to Karl, welcomed and assisted two young ladies that came in looking to make a transaction very personal , very respectful, most appreciated Thank you Directions Credit union for supplying us with such professional care. read more

There are 6 offices in the bank that have no one in them. No banker. It's a Friday at 10. Why is this a thing? We are moving our money to another bank. Bye bye fifth third. This service was horrible. For the record - the tellers did all they could do.
