    Disappointing Service Experience - Poor Communication and Unprofessional Behavior…read more I recently scheduled a service appointment at Taylor Kia for my GMC, which I purchased from them just four months ago. I had two issues: an electrical/fuse problem and a coolant concern after a long road trip. From the start, I made it clear that this was warranty service for my GMC, and the scheduling team acknowledged that. My service advisor, Justin Thoman, was initially professional and seemed ready to help. He called once to share what they found with the fuse issue and provided an estimate, explaining they'd check the coolant once that repair was completed. I approved the work -- but after that, I heard nothing. The next day around 12:30 p.m., I called to check the status and was told, "Oh yeah, it was done yesterday." No one had contacted me, which was especially frustrating since I had rented a car that morning just to get to work. When I asked about the coolant issue, Justin simply said, "Everything is fine," and claimed they did a visual inspection. I reminded him I had already added coolant because it was low. He then said they couldn't work on the coolant system because they aren't a GMC dealer. When I asked to speak with a manager, Service Manager Joe Kreuz came out. Before I even spoke, he had already discussed the situation with Justin and immediately approached me in a defensive, argumentative tone. He showed me a text message that read, in all caps, "DO YOU NEED A RIDE BACK MAM," claiming that was my notification my car was done. No name, no context, no mention that the service was complete. When I tried to calmly explain that I just wanted confirmation my coolant system was safe and that I didn't feel reassured, the conversation turned disrespectful. Joe repeatedly insisted I didn't understand how coolant works and made a dismissive remark implying I was a "dumb girl." Completely unacceptable. I left feeling unheard, disrespected, and without confidence in the work performed. I requested reimbursement for the rental due to their lack of communication and am still waiting for a resolution. I genuinely expected better from Taylor Kia -- especially given that I purchased 2 vehicles from them. This experience was unprofessional from start to finish, and I sincerely hope management takes feedback like this seriously to prevent other customers from being treated this way.
