I told her I realize that is out of their normal delivery range so if they can get it to a property in Farming New Mexico I will hire a company to transport it the rest of the way and set it up in Grand junction . She asked if she could call me back . I said yes . She called me back and said she is pretty sure they can use a company to take it all the way to Grand Junction for me. I. Our first meeting was 4/16, which went fine. 2 days later, I was sent quotes. After looking over quotes, I changed my mind and went with black windows and black wrap because my house is white. Lisa text'd me she was too busy to provide an updated quote, and she would have a Vanessa W. send a revised quote. When the quote was received, it was a quote for white, not black, windows, and not all windows were included. So I started calling, emailing and texting; I'd either get no response or a long, drawn-out text message about her health/family issues. This is not the way to gain or retain a customer base.
