    11/20/2018: after 5 days and +5 hours of my time, DirecTV has the nerve to send me a bill for service that is not turned on. Just look at the time stamp on my photos attached. Here's what happened: 11/15 -called at 12am upon disconnection and was transferred then hung up on after 30 minutes 11/16 -same as above. Called back and was given a fax number. Dialed back I and was hung up on again when transferred 5th Call was told the reconnect was going to be easy. Was transferred and hung up on 6th call on for another 30 minutes and I had to hang up to take care of something else 7th Call reinstatement order number 4388262925A was given to me. I was told service would be on in 3 hours. It wasn't 8th Call was told order was processed again and service would be on by 1am. It wasn't 9th call 11/17 11am Saturday was told service was coming back on. Twice someone called back from billing to find out if this was fixed. It wasn't. I was transferred and was hung up on. Gave it another 3 hours and not on so I called back 10th call Saturday 11/17 some customer service guy had the idea I would buy web service for $20. I said are you kidding me right now? The website is included with my TV service so turn that on NOW. I was transferred 3 times and after 50 minutes on hold was told the department I needed has gone home 20 minutes ago 11th call 11/17 spoke to RC1 technician who told me once again it would be turned on and reinstatement order was complete. 11/18 service tried 3 times box restarted 3 times during the day. I work and couldn't find time to get on the phone tonight. MY SERVICE IS STILL NOT ON!!!!! ********************************************* ZERO STARS. These idiots canceled my service one month early! I called to place an order because I knew I would be busy next month. I said over and over again DECEMBER 15th! When did they disconnect? NOVEMBER 15th! I've been passed around on the phone to 2 departments. Tech support cannot help me, of course they can't! DO NOT BUY THIS

    I would give it zero stars if I could. I pay way too much money every month for this cable when 95% of the time i'm getting a message that there's "trouble connecting". I rarely get to even watch tv because my cable is never working.

    To all employees who work at Ass Tainting Tasters You can suck the shit out of my ass I bought my first directv box at Best Buy 25 years ago and this is the way I'm treated? Suck my ass bitches a star? Get a grip o and by the way notice the asterisk wtf
