We love Costco, but the checkout experience kinda sucks. They're on some really old self-checkout technology with the "place the item in the tray" thing. I mean, seriously, the people at the door are literally counting every item in your basket as you leave, why so much trouble? I am truly just trying to give you my money. Can we make it easier, please? The selection is awesome, though, and I find a lot of things fitting my current season - snacks without seed oils or refined sugar, rotisserie chickens that make wonderful dinners, lots of cool prepared stuff in the freezer section - like soup dumplings - and lots and lots of assorted gadgets and goodies. Today's tastings were on point, too - especially that quiche thing - fam, it was so, so very good. The employees are friendly, the store is clean, the parking lot is big, and the baskets hold more than you need...trust me, the freezer is hard to close and there are a few things stored in my bedroom. I'm definitely a bigger fan of Member's Mark, but Costco has some items you won't find at the blue store - like that maple syrup aged in bourbon casks or whatever it is. So so soooooo good. I can't wait for the next hiking day so I can make a plate of pancakes and drench them in the syrup. I almost wanna have it in a shot glass, really. There are a ton of member programs, but we just eat the food and Nurri, so I can't comment on any of it. Tuffaroo loves going to Costco, so we go - what more do you need to what? read more

Great Costco. Plenty of convenient parking. There is never a wait at the gas station. The employees are friendly. My only complaint is that the need more shopping cart returns. Carts are everywhere in the lot because people don't want to walk 3 rows over for a return area. It would also be great if they had an app where you could check yourself out, like their competitor... read more

The beef and seafood is grossly expensive $$$$$ Ive seen better quality, cuts and pricing at other Grocery retailers. For a wholesale company thats says they only make money off memberships is a complete lie. Most items are overpriced.... read more

Clean store with a wide variety of products to choose from. The pharmacy has bargains I can't find at places like Sam's Club. They also have a fantastic team at the eyewear section. They helped me with multiple custom transactions. I would definitely recommend this location! read more

Today upon going into Costco, I noticed the United States of America flag flying at half mast. My wife and I looked up if there was a mandate to fly the flag at half mast and there is not. So I walked in and asked the person on duty and customer service manager why is the flag flying half mast - they said for Jesse Jackson. The President, Congress nor the Governor have ordered it to fly half mast for Jesse Jackson. This is so wrong of them to be doing so, it is a disgrace for our country that they don't know flag etiquette as a company! This is also a disgrace to the men and women who have died for this country and for the flag. I made an appointment to get 4 new tires, but when I got there I was told that they could not put on the tires as the rating did not match my vehicle, and the alternative tire would take a week to get in. However, when I checked on the tire rating for the vehicle, the tires were rated as appropriate for the vehicle. The technician was condescending and the whole process was a major disappointment. I went elsewhere to get the tires that I originally asked for, and which were rated as acceptable for my vehicle per the manufacturer. read more

This is the least crowded Costco ever, probably because nearby Sam's Club had a cheaper membership fee. But, Costco has much fresher produce, and much more interesting prepared foods too. I do wish the Costco gas station had diesel, but alas it's gasoline only. read more

Went to New Costco this morning to get information on Commercial membership and options. As a current member of Sam's Wholesale Club for over 15 years, I wanted to see if Costco had items we usually purchase as well as Fuel offered at this location. There is No Diesel available at this location unfortunately and I was told by a "greeter" there was no way to enter Costco without paying $60.00 or Commercial membership of $150.00. Not being able to compare quality of products offered, convenience, cleanliness it's hard to justify the expense. read more
