The other day the coin booths out of tire cleaner, and spot free rinse two of my favs. If you go through the regular car wash side they do an incredible pre wash. Well worth a couple dollar tip. This place is horrible. Equipment is terrible and the guy running it is a supreme jerk. Bay 1 - no soap and no wax. Bay 2 - no wax in the machine and no time expiring warning. Bay 3 - out of order. Terrible. NOT recommended. read more

This place is a waste of real estate property. They do not maintain it and haven't for years. I went there today because I'm turning in a lease and didn't want to spend $10.00 on a car wash. There is never any soap in the coin operated part and they don't even have the decency to put up a note that there isn't any but they didn't have a problem on raising the prices. Whoever owns it should sell it to someone that knows how to fix shit. Also, I forget to mention that you have to walk on 3 inches of ice while you wash your vehicle. I've used the vacuum and the hand wash here it and fine. Just a standard car wash and prices were in line. The last two times I've gone in and done the touch free wash it seriously only washes half my truck and the half it does wash isn't that great. You can see in the picture that the left side is fairly clean and the right side is still dirty. And the whole right side of the truck is like that, not just the tail gate. I used to always come here and vacuum out my car ALWAYS. But I know I won't be coming back 3 of the vacuums have tape over them saying out of order and they need to have it over the other 3 because none of them have any suction I spent $3 and didn't get anything vacuumed just a rip off. If they put time into it and kept up on it it would be great I've gotten my car washed here through the drive-thru and it was terrible also Take care of your business or you're going to lose everything !!! If I could rate zero stars I would, paid 10 bucks for a touchless wash, pulled in and it sprayed half my truck down and soaped the other half, then the wash just stopped. Completely dead. No dryer or anything, no lights, nothing. Had to pay another 4 bucks to blow all the soap off myself in the self serve stall. Also worth noting the feed line to the soap brush was broken and only 2 of the 3 stalls were working. Overall garbage facility. Go if you like flushing money down your toilet, but if you like paying for a service and receiving it, I'd look elsewhere. read more

Went here twice. The first time the change machine didn't work and the second time I dropped $5 in and when I was done rinsing I switched it to foam brush. It was broke and no soap was coming out. I told the worker and waited 10 min b4 he was able to come to the stall which was pushing my time to make it to work on time. I told him I'll just take a $4 refund cause I did rinse the car. He told me we don't give refunds. Knowing the his product didn't work, unwilling to give a refund I wouldn't give this business owner my money. read more

Stopped one evening. Paid $8 for a car wash. The auto machine sprayed the car down with soap, then just stopped and the door opened. No rinse, nothing. We tried to call the number, but the number listed was a fax machine. Had to leave with a soapy car. Never going back. read more

My experience was horrible. The person working was rude and I tipped him $6 on a $7 wash because I have low profile tires that get off balance if there is mud in them, it makes the whole car shake. He glared at me, took my money and after I left and got on the highway, my car started to shake. I ran to Kroger and came back to the car wash and got back in line. With 2 cars ahead of me, he walked up to me and I told him there was still mud in the wheels and he started yelling at me that he wasn't washing my car again because I had left over an hour ago (uh 20 minutes) and he had cleaned my wheels. Side note...at Kroger I scraped handfuls of mud out of my wheels and I did it again in front of him to show him. He was furious and rude and refused to give me a phone number or name of the owner. He told me I could get out of the line and wait for the owner to return. I told him I wasn't moving out of line and he was going to re wash my tires. Finally he did....not. After the second time he 'washed' my wheels I had to go back through the do it yourself car wash and wash my own wheels and get covered in mud and water. $14.50 and there was foam stains all over my car and I had to clean my own tires and ruin my dress. read more

This self serve car wash would have to improve to be mediocre . Typically 1 or 2 of the 3 bays are out of service . The bays are usually loaded with mud or grass debris from mowing companies cleaning their rigs . But what is always the case ....the quality of the water is terrible . It leaves so much hard water residue on your vehicle that it may look worse after than before you wash it . Straight up hard well water . I probably will just go there to do salt removal as necessary because as a car wash it is basically useless . Zero stars if I could . read more
