Today, though, I completely forgot that this location is card-only and realized I didn't have my credit card with me. One of the employees immediately noticed I was in a bind and ran over to help without hesitation. I was so grateful for his quick response, kind attitude, excellent customer service, and genuine understanding. As a mom who had been out running errands all day, I was completely exhausted. Getting my car washed was the very last thing on my to-do list, and honestly, not being able to do it because I forgot my card probably would have been my last straw for the day. One, I can go as many times as I want per month! Two, I don't have to vacuum my own car and sweat my ass off trying to get the dog hair off. Three , my black car looks brand new every time I leave. Four, I like how they offer things when you get there on the laminated sheet so that you can actually figure out what you want to have done to your car rather than just saying a silver package that really wasn't what you needed. Five, if I ever see anything that needs a touch up or redo, they get right back to it and fix it; no questions asked! I also like when they tell me I'll need a wax job soon. I park outside by sprinklers and get hard water spotting on my black paint job. . The manager is so nice and he shows when it's getting pretty bad and I make the decision of when I need to wax. That's another thing about this place: the customer service! Luis Garcia is one of the managers (I think) . He inspects every car before they leave. He always strives to make us as the customers happy !! An example .One day, I had a playground ball fall out off car and do you know it bounced wayyyyyy down beach blvd and he had he's boys jump in the car and go pick it up!!! This time, I specifically pointed out one area that I wanted thoroughly wiped down. When I picked up my car, that exact area hadn't even been touched. I was charged an extra $50 for the additional service, yet the work I specifically requested wasn't done. When I brought it to the staff's attention, they seemed just as confused and didn't have an explanation for why it had been missed. I understand that mistakes happen, but after this occurring twice, it's hard to justify paying extra for services that aren't actually being performed. I hope management improves their quality control so customers receive the service they're paying for. Additionally, whenever I went to leave. They took the key card for my condo out of my car. Picked up the car and didn't think anything of it, didn't inspect the paint too closely because I assumed by the high reviews I'd be fine and taken care of. After going to fill gas at Costco the next day, under their great lighting, I noticed that my paint had swirls in it. Then I opened the gas cap and saw layer of dirt on the cap area. I've only had the car washed twice in its life (new car) and it was both done by Unique Car Wash, so there's no way it was done elsewhere, and even if it was, a wax should have taken care of the swirls by filling the scratches. This is probably the result of the place not doing a proper 2 step wash, using dirty microfiber towels and not even waxing the car. Other places offered the same service for $150 and offer claybar, wax, and other services. So I paid for a high end service, received a mediocre interior and exterior cleaning, and swirls in my paint. Don't recommend going here if you actually care about your cars paint, and if you want quality work done for a good price. Might as well take it to a drive through wash.
