I got an interior and exterior detail and the seats did not seem to be shampooed well, there was wax residue left on the inside of my windows and minor things that just didn't seem to be wiped down thoroughly. Without looking too hard it's a good clean, but I've gotten details in the past and they've left my car looking brand new. This was more just like a good car wash. If your car is already pretty clean I would use them, but otherwise I don't think it was a true detail.

Four, I like how they offer things when you get there on the laminated sheet so that you can actually figure out what you want to have done to your car rather than just saying a silver package that really wasn't what you needed. Five, if I ever see anything that needs a touch up or redo, they get right back to it and fix it; no questions asked! I also like when they tell me I'll need a wax job soon. I park outside by sprinklers and get hard water spotting on my black paint job. . The manager is so nice and he shows when it's getting pretty bad and I make the decision of when I need to wax. That's another thing about this place: the customer service! Luis Garcia is one of the managers (I think) . He inspects every car before they leave. He always strives to make us as the customers happy !! An example .One day, I had a playground ball fall out off car and do you know it bounced wayyyyyy down beach blvd and he had he's boys jump in the car and go pick it up!!! THAT my friend is exceptional customer service will not het many places these days !!! Get car washed here. You won't be disappointed .

This time, I specifically pointed out one area that I wanted thoroughly wiped down. When I picked up my car, that exact area hadn't even been touched. I was charged an extra $50 for the additional service, yet the work I specifically requested wasn't done. When I brought it to the staff's attention, they seemed just as confused and didn't have an explanation for why it had been missed. I understand that mistakes happen, but after this occurring twice, it's hard to justify paying extra for services that aren't actually being performed. I hope management improves their quality control so customers receive the service they're paying for. Additionally, whenever I went to leave. They took the key card for my condo out of my car. I had to come back and have them hunt it down because I was not gonna be able to get into my condo. I don't understand why anything would ever be removed from my vehicle. I will never ever come here again.

I've been in the market for a new reliable service and reached out to Shyne in regards to a specific steaming request. Once I received a call back, instead of just simply being told they do not do what I was asking for, I was instantly met with extreme attitude. This was a huge red flag but I continued to stay calm and respond to his information that was given with attitude. As I got maybe 2 more sentences out, it led to even more attitude and I instantly got hung up on, before I can get another word out. Needless to say, what a blessing, because I am not ok with paying people like that to take care of my stuff, regardless if he thought I was misinformed asking a question. It would've been a great moment for reassuring and sealing the deal.
