UPDATE: Updating my review since the business owner obviously likes to respond to all his negative reviews to try and control the narrative - saying customers are lying, leaving false reviews, or weren't even customers to begin with. To start, the business owner is saying I lied about my experience and I was "belligerent" over them being late. He edited his response to me four different times (see emails). To address his original comments: 1.) "you provided two different numbers" -- this information is correct, however, the business owner ONLY used the primary one (just for clarification) and never contacted the other number throughout this experience. 2.) "over an hour before arrival, we informed you our technician would be running late" -- I wasn't contacted by anyone from this company until *I* reached out first, by this time, the technician was already late by 10 minutes. 3.) "we completed your full service including the engine bay detail, which we have clear photo evidence of" -- business owner offered free wash, wax, and engine bay cleaning due to being late - the wax was not done, or done poorly, and the engine bay was not cleaned, we were picking leaves out of it and its dusty, as you can see in the picture. 4.) "after the job was finished, we spoke directly" -- no? We didn't speak directly. I spoke to your technician and thanked him for his work and tipped him - but since he showed up late, we were pressed on time and needed to be on our way and didn't check the car throughly. 5.) "I still gave you a courtesy discount due to the delay" -- for clarification, no discount was given on the initial cost of the Interior Only detail. Only the offer of free services that were not completed, other than the wash. 6.) "you were belligerent over us arriving 30 minutes late, even though we had already let you know in advance that we were running behind and confirmed before booking that you had the entire day open." -- apparently, a customer being short and annoyed that your technician was running late with no notice isn't allowed lmao. If a woman says "hi." or "no, I don't want to cancel" is considered "belligerent", I suppose that's a whole other issue you have. Again, I wasn't told in advance that your technician would be late, and I never once said I had the entire day open. 7.) "Throughout the entire process, your behavior toward our team was distasteful and confrontational." -- when your technician arrived, I said hello, and politely asked him to move his car from blocking the driveway. That was the only interaction I had with him, aside from tipping him. We let him do his work and we sat in front of the house in the sun for about 20 minutes, on our property, several feet away from him. I texted their number at 1 AM asking for a last minute detailing due to a friend throwing up in my car, and my 8 AM I had an appointment for 11:30. I'm so grateful for they being able to fit me into their schedule! Steve came to my apartment to clean my car, and was super nice! He did a great job getting rid of any stains and odor. My car smells brand new. There were some small areas that he missed, however they were pollen stains that even I couldn't get out if I tried, and some paint chips on the hood, but there's always a risk if that with pressure washing so I don't really care. He also threw in a clay coating since he was running a little behind, which was super kind! The price for the exterior and interior silver package is pretty consistent with other car detailing services. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend! read more

Great mobile service. They were able to squeeze us in last minute before my drive back home from Vegas. Steve was cool and did a wonderful job with the detailing. Felt bad because I did have some DNA substances due to the night before from partying, but he was able to throughly get in every nooks and crannies. I had an accident and spilled two venti drinks in my car on the passenger side. I knew right away that I needed my car detailed sooner than later as I didn't want the smell to linger. I reached out to Shyne Mobile Auto Detailing and I spoke with Connor. He was extremely prompt and gave me all the information up front. I did let him know that I was looking around still and I would reach back out to him. I was looking everywhere for a detailing service and the prices are extremely pricey and those prices aren't including interior. I reached back out to Connor and let him know that I'd like to set up an appointment for the Silver package. He was able to get me an appointment the very next day. My detailer, Steve B., reached out confirming my appointment and was quick and responsive. I wasn't physically home since I was at work but my fiance was so he saw the process. I was blown away with Steve B's work. He made my car smell super clean on the inside and the outside looks like glass. I can say it's show room ready as if i just purchased it from the dealership. This was one of the most amazing detailing jobs I've ever had done for my car... These guys are so easy to work with. I scheduled my appointment two days ago for an 8 AM appointment today. They arrived promptly five minutes before eight... I arrived unpromptly five minutes after eight because I had overslept lol But as soon as I got there, they went straight to work. My car has nine years of stains, trash, and general abuse on the interior that these guys completely removed and made it look like this car was manufactured yesterday. OKAY! I never leave reviews but Shyne deserves this one. The only detailing service I will ever use from now on. I couldn't be happier with the outcome! I was getting ready to sell my car and it needed some TLC. They sent out an experienced paint correction specialist to remove all of the swirls I had. The worker was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. The interior detail came out immaculate. Truly my car had made a complete transformation. They were able to remove the stains that I thought were permanent! Overall, when I went to sell my car I was quoted over $1,200 higher than my original quote from before the detailing! If you're looking for car detailing, honestly you should just stop looking and give these guy a call/send them a message; booking process was easy and even after shopping around they were far and above the best option. Only note is that I don't recall being told at any point beforehand that they'd need water/electric, so that caught me a bit off guard, but is a totally understandable request for the nature of the business and wasn't an issue. They have workarounds if those aren't options, but my car's exterior was pretty dirty (which took care of) so they preferred to use water. read more

I was very happy with my detail! I chose to go with the interior only base package and Eric did a great job. He was about 15 minutes late, but he gave me plenty of notice that he was running behind so it didn't bother me at all. Connor was very helpful and responsive when it came to questions I had prior to scheduling. I had some stains on my seats that I wanted out and he had me send him some photos so he could tell me which package would be best for my stains. Eric did well at removing the stains. He did tell me there were a few that were tough and he wasn't able to get out with just the base package, but I was happy about what he was able to do as the majority of the staining was removed. One thing to note, if you have a dog and are looking for pet hair removal, be sure to mention that before scheduling your service as they do charge extra and need to bring a separate vacuum for that. Had my car interior detailed by Steve. Steve is the person to go to; you want to request for Steve when scheduling a service. He arrived early and worked diligently to detail the interior of my car. He was honest with me, walked me through what he did and will be doing. I was only looking to get the interior addressed. I wasn't looking for the pet hair in my car to get cleaned but Steve threw it in without charging. He was able to complete the entire interior, restoring it back to factory new condition.
