Over the past year the quality has slowly gone downhill and the prices have gone up. They don't spend time doing your rims and brushing off your vehicle when you first pull in like they used to. They no longer ask you what scent you want in your car if you buy the full service package. If I pay $40 for a car wash and then come home and have to do it again it's frustrating. I even waited till the afternoon because I know weekend mornings are hectic and they rush. They were only three cars there when I was there this afternoon and they still did a poor job. I'm now on the lookout for a new go to car wash. The pictures below show a cup holder not even wiped out or vacuum , stickyness left by my five-year-old , the crumbs all along, right where you open the door and then after I did it myself. To Dirty Dog Car Wash's credit, Brandon called me back the very next day, apologized for the mistake, and told me my money would be refunded within 24 hours. I appreciate Brandon's prompt response and his willingness to correct the issue. While I was frustrated that the billing error happened in the first place, I'm glad it was addressed quickly once he became aware of it.

I paid for the four alarm graphing wash in part because they said they would wash the car prior to going through the car wash. Much to my disappointment on the other side of the car wash I still had bird poop on the hood of my car. You would think for $30 that they would get all the poop off. I was able to remove it myself afterward. The vacuums worked well and the air blower also works well. I would love to have given five stars, but just could not do it. Will I be back? I don't know there are several car washes around.

Once you pull in off 192 you will find self service stations where you can prewash and scrub off some of those love bugs. Most of the time prewash may be unnecessary as the machine is pretty good on its own. Once you pull through someone will direct you to lineup with the washer track and spray some prewash soap on you. You will then enter this machine and get coveted in foam. Several sets of bush's will scrub you clean followed by a super hard blow job and some spinning polishing rollers. You may then roll over and use the vacuums at no additional charge.
