The area manager tried to fix it himself, but he failed in doing so. Bradley, the area manager, told me to tow it to a Ford dealer so that they could repair it. The dealer quoted me about $3,500 in repairs, since my engine is basically ruined. Roadrunner is now refusing to pay for my repairs, since they now claim it's due to my vehicle having 100k+ miles. Steer clear of this disgusting establishment at all costs. I will be filing a lawsuit and will keep everyone informed.
