I went to Shine Shack for an exterior car wash yesterday, and they did a fantastic job. I was in the middle of a move and had my cat in the car (in a carrier), and they were very nice about it - one of the guys got into the car as it went through the loud part in case she got scared, which I thought was very thoughtful. They do a careful, thorough job cleaning and are very efficient as well. My car looks great! Definitely recommend! read more

The crew are friendly and on the ball. I have been using Shine Shack for about a year and have not noticed any damage caused by their service. I wish I could give them a better rating, but a true test of a car wash is how they leave your windows. Some days I have no complaints, other days I have had to re-clean the glass because of of excessive streaking and smearing. Just drove by and needed a wash. Paid $24.99 plus $4 for doors. When I came to my car, there were so much they did not vacuum--my back seats, under my front and passenger seat, my cup holders, my side door little pennies holder...it was ridiculous! I'm so glad I did not pay for the more expensive option, $45.99.... Will not return. read more

Incredibly disappointing car wash. Not only were there marks left on the windshield and passenger side windows, but trash left in the side doors, and the center console must have been completely overlooked because all of the dust and food debris were left untouched. I just came from getting my car washed paying $31.02 + tip and I will not be going back. This isn't the first time I've had a problem there but I gave them another chance and was let down again. I took everything out of the car ahead of time and left my console open to be vacuumed and they didn't even touch it. When they said my car was done and I went to get in it I saw places they hadn't cleaned at all. When I brought it to the "supervisors" attention, she said she stood and watched them vacuum it. If that's they case she needs to be retrained as a supervisor. She cleaned it herself and they vacuumed the car again with the kid throwing a temper tantrum the entire time. Welcome to the real world of working people. If you can't do a good job or take criticism for poor work get another job! I attached a picture of the console. (That I left opened to be vacuumed) Does this look like they touched it? The response from the car wash was: "We don't clean those parts with just a wash", "A basic wash service doesn't include the detailing of the inside ." and "Sometimes expectations are not met and it's not really anyone's fault." Really?!? I didn't get a 'basic wash' first of all, I paid for their 'Best Wash' and what full service car wash doesn't clean the interior? I could have gone through a drive through car wash and not had the interior touched. So if your workers do a crappy job it's nobody's fault? Do you give them participation ribbons with their paychecks? If that was there 'best' I'd hate to see their 'worst'! read more

I wish I didn't even have to give this place one star. It's AWFUL!! I figured the first time was just a "fluke" so we went a second time. I noticed they didn't vacuum the back floors. I asked them if they would properly vacuum them and was told with a poor attitude they didn't vacuum them because my sons sandals were there Then the "owner Jesus" asked me to "f***ing leave". This was my first and last time at this establishment! These people ran my car through the car wash with the windows down in the back! When I went in and told the lady at the counter she went and looked out the window and said I don't see any cars with the window down. I told her because it just came out. They did a wonderful job with my car. I drive a black car and they manage to get all the dried on bug goo off. Reasonably priced

I don't understand paying $28 for a car wash and then getting in my car to find the windshield has spray droplets all over it, the dash has more lint than when I pulled in, the center console has not been wiped off, and the passenger side window has not been cleaned at all. Very disappointing. Only 2 stars (instead of 1) because at least the employees were nice. read more

Didn't clean specifically what I asked them to do got carpet clean but had film all over vehicle when I brought it back to show them what they missed whole crew was bothered and gave us attitude know don't pay much but do your job 1st time great this was last time wish I wouldn't have left tip definitely go somewhere else or do it yourself would get better job read more

The service was great. I went in not knowing what I wanted or needed. They didn't try to sell me on the biggest package to just make more money. They listened to what I wanted and made a suggestion. I ended up getting the next package up. It's extremely affordable and fast. I couldn't believe how quickly my car was ready.
