He is so clean, he now matches the snow!

The owner and staff were welcoming and professional. I was concerned about my dog's behavior, this being his first grooming at 2 1/2 years old. They achieved everything I requested and this big boy walked out of the salon looking, smelling and feeling fantastic! I am so happy to have a safe and kind place to bring my oversized dog.

Perhaps something changed recently with their move to the new locations, but communication and…read morecleanliness seem to be issues. Their website includes a cancellation policy that says low stress, one dog at a time. I visited in advance of booking to check the place out. I was assured that no other dogs would be in the room with my very excitable dog. When I arrived for the appointment it turns out he was going to be groomed on a table right next to another dog. And that table was strewn with lots of different items, it would have needed to be cleared off before they could put my guy there. Not sure what the plan was. So we agreed I would reschedule. Then I found they had charged $114 on my credit card. When I finally had service there today I'd assumed the charge would be applied to this service. I was told no, but after a little push back they relented. However, they charged an additional $90 for a second rinse - just a rinse, no dry, to remove the clippings that make my dog itch. Nearly as much as the full service. And I am concerned about cleanliness. when we arrived the floor and grooming table were covered with piles of hair from other dogs. gthere was even fur out in the hallway. Gwen swept it up, but only after I mentioned it. Likely the clippers and tools were not disinfected after the last dog, and she uses a shared lick mat, not cleaned between dogs. These are red flags in regard to disease. I wish them luck in growing a successful business, but I won't be going back.

Zero stars. Behind their building is disgusting. I spent 30 minutes cleaning up trash in order to…read morebe threatened by an employee that "she is calling the cops dumpster diving is illegal" which A is false in and of itself and B.... I had come there for empty cat litter bags for compost which one employee would leave aside for me, they weren't there but I felt like trash needed some attention. In the future, kindness would be more appropriate. I never take anything from the trash that was not left aside for me (prior) and clearly you do not feel like cleaning up your own mess so, thank you is a more appropriate response than ridiculous threats. (which aren't even true) I have spoken to PD back there and they do not bother with someone picking up trash, and occasionally feeding homeless who are living back there. I hope people read this and clean that store out of incredibly rude employees--- I had a prior conversation where I asked to re-use actual trash--- and the staff would take one litter bag and stuff all of the other bags inside of one and leave it behind the dumpster. (Who's name I will not be mentioning because if the staff are going to speak to me that badly... I'm sure they will also mistreat fellow employees who didn't see anything wrong with why I was there) Someone had dumped a trash bag full of rained on clothing all over the ground. I picked up the mess. Piece by piece, instead of thank you, I got yelled and threatened. I'm so tired... this is my second review like this, where I did the right thing and was yelled at for it at a different business as well. Maybe you should have your staff, pick up the alley yourselves.... and also tell them to interact with unexpected people with kindness... not rudeness and cruelty. (If I were actually unhoused and an angry, local homeowner, I might have cried after she spoke to me that way) If there are rules about trash, then there need to be rules that the staff clean up the messes in the alley as well--- instead, I will make sure to post photos everytime I drive by there and see a mess they told me not to touch and threatened me if I went near. I wonder if the landlord will start to fine them.---- I spend thousands of dollars a month in that Plaza. I'm sure there will be plenty of times I will need to pass by.

The store is always poorly stocked and there's never anyone around to help ...Almost impossible to…read morefind what I need
