If I could give NO stars I would!! Dirty South Kustoms has to be the absolute worst business in Tifton. I would advise everyone to NEVER use them for anything pertaining to suspension or an alignment. Not only is John Lowe(older guy) a COMPLETE LIAR... He's RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, won't admit when he is wrong and a total SCAM "shop". I took my truck there to have an alignment done, rotate and balance my tires, patch tire and put wheel spacers in. They couldnt put my spacers in because they were too LOSE so they RECOMMENDED a 2inch. Since they were doing the rest of the work I agreed for them to go ahead and put them on. They charged me $125.00 for the same spacers I could have went online and purchased for 69.99. They said they did an alignment but clearly you could see that the factory wheel alignment locks were still in place. They said because I have a 22 year old truck that it would not drive like a new one. I know that but it should have NEVER been worse than when I dropped it off. When asked how can I get an alignment done the correct way they kept saying that the front end needed to be replaced. Once they were told the front in had been replaced they responded by saying that it was not and they didnt care who told them it was. They never asked for the truck to be brought back up there, never offered in any way to make it right. Just called the truck a "piece of shit." If you take your truck here to have work done. Make sure you double check everything. Make sure your parts are actually those name brand parts they are selling to you! Make sure if you ask for an alignment you actually get an alignment. Go to DelToro Tire instead! These guys are HORRIBLE. Faye started cussing and screaming at us within seconds of asking questions about the situation. Our customer is standing there while He/She is screaming and cussing at us on the phone (very unprofessional). I can't begin to imagine how horrible of an experience our customer had there whey he/she screams and cusses at us over the phone.. So embarrassing. I have been in the industry for 23 years and ship 20-30 sets of wheels and tires a day throughout the US, yes, we make mistakes, everyone does but its how they are handled. I sent a customer we had, that lived in there area, to them to link some OEM sensors swapped into the wheels and tires we sold them. (we installed the incorrect ones on the initial sale, our mistake, took full responsibility and credited back the customer $300). These guys said ALL the sensors were dead and not reading and upsold the customer there own aftermarket sensors for $247.32 additional (robbery). I would avoid these guys at all cost very sneaky and clearly incompetent technicians and outdated tools. read more

Bought a new Polaris Ranger and had to take it to Dirty South Kustoms to have a windshield and sound bar put in it. Cost me $1,300 and when I picked it up, the salesman showed me how to unclip the windshield to take it off. I though he put it back on. After paying I left and when I got home with it there was no windshield on my Polaris. I called Dirty South Kustoms and spoke with two different people before speaking to the owner's wife, Mrs. Lowe. I told her what happened and she told me it was my responsibility to make sure everything was fastened down before I left. She also said they would not be replacing my windshield. I asked her if I bought a set of tires would it be my responsibility to check the lug nuts before I left? I paid $100 for "labor" which means the cost of installation and now I have to buy a new windshield. I will not be back and I suggest others think about their options before going there. read more

Wow, I'm still hot and I should probably cool down before writing this review. Faye Lowe knows nothing about customer service and if you think that it is still important know that it doesn't exist here. I was charged twice for labor and tried to get my refund when I explained what happened she didn't apologize for the mistake that was their fault and was peeved that she had to give me money back. I may be wrong thinking that if you charged me twice for labor that I would get the full amount of one charge back but I was wrong according to Faye the angry business owner. I would have to argue with my bank about the extra 8$ the bank charges to use the card machine. See Faye the right thing to do is pay exactly what I was charged back to me and say sorry for all the inconvenience. That would have been so easy to do. I'll go to my banker and get my full charge back she knows customer service and will handle this with a smile. I'm sure she will know who you are from all the un- happy customers you've mistreated in the past. read more
