can't say enough good things about my experience with JustDryBasement. From the very first phone…read morecall, everything was top-notch. I had contacted several companies before, and honestly, most made me feel like I was bothering them. But when I called JustDryBasement, Susan answered--and she was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. That first impression already set them apart. She connected me with the owner, Elliot, who has been amazing from start to finish. We worked together on three separate projects, and in every one, his quality of work and professionalism truly stood out. First project: Elliot installed a French drain in my basement and noticed damage to the walls, so he recommended and installed a special polyester wall barrier. He walked me through the entire process with patience and clarity. I waited a full year before writing this review, just to make sure everything held up--and I can confidently say, even through heavy rains here in Medford, NJ, my basement has remained dry. His work speaks for itself: solid, clean, and reliable. Second project: I still had high humidity in the basement, so Elliot suggested and installed a whole-house dehumidifier (AprilAire E100). He connected it directly to the French drain system, so I no longer have to worry about emptying water or dealing with moisture. It runs efficiently and quietly--even when I'm traveling, I have peace of mind. Third issue: Recently, I had water flooding in the finished part of my basement. I thought it was the water heater, but Elliot offered to stop by just to help figure it out. And he did--within two days, exactly as he promised. He quickly diagnosed the issue: it was actually the AC pump, not the water heater. Thanks to his advice, I was able to get the original installer (under warranty) to fix the problem. Elliot didn't have to help with that, but he did anyway--because that's the kind of person he is. Beyond his technical skills, Elliot is honest, communicative, punctual, and just a genuinely good person. He always followed through on his word, showed up on time, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Even when I had concerns, he didn't brush them off--instead of just talking over the phone, he came in person to give me peace of mind. I also want to give a shoutout to his partner Phillip, who was also fantastic to work with, and again, to Susan, for being so welcoming and helpful from the start. After working with this company three times, I can honestly say: I highly recommend JustDryBasement to anyone looking for quality, professionalism, and peace of mind. Their prices are more than fair for the level of service they deliver. It's rare to find people in this field who truly care--and I'm so glad I found them. Thank you, Elliot and team!

Not to be confused with cheap, I know they performed quality work because my new inspection reports states " Roof and Chimney- excellent condition". USA Roofing completed the work for 25-50% less than the other roofing companies estimates. Yes, they also gave me a warranty for the work. I wish there were more service providers like USA Roofing.

Nick showed up 2 and a half hours late to give me an estimate because of a "cyber" obligation. I figured it was a zoom meeting or something but it turned out to be he was just talking to some stranger in a chatroom. Nick comes across as friendly but is very odd. Within 30 seconds of meeting each other he asked if "I wanted to race to the front door" which I figured was a joke. It was not; I came in second. During the entire tour throughout my home Nick refused to put his Wawa hoagie down and he dropped LTO (lettuce, tomato, onion) all over my house. My dog was thrilled at least...He also tried to light up several times during our brief tour throughout my home. Not sure who thinks it is normal to just start smoking in strangers homes in 2021. At first Nick was responsive to my calls and texts when I went to him with initial questions regarding his work. That ended quickly and he eventually ghosted me like the other reviewers mentioned. His work speaks for itself and in the event you are still considering his business, take a look at some of the talking points below from our *Nick exclaimed the job would only take 1/1.5 weeks before I even explained why I was calling. *Nick bragged that he had been removed from the Plymouth bowling alley not once, but twice on Secretary's Day in 2004. * Nick claimed he invented the beer koozie and said he originally named it a "can colder holder" *Nick asked me 3 times if he could "check out under the bed". When asked why he would need to look under my wife and I's bed he responded with "don't worry about it". *While showing Nick out he asked to borrow $12

That had a Main Line Waterproofing large sticker on it. This car drove quite recklessly throughout Montgomery ave. They tailed me, cut off a car, and then proceeded to cut me off too. Montgomery is known to be a busy street with lots of road work in the morning, so you should plan ahead to leave earlier rather than put everyone on the road in danger because you're late or maybe just because you're impatient. I have no way of knowing if that person works for the business or just supports the business, but either way it should be known that it's not a great idea to promote a business on the same car that you use to aggressively cut people off.

James at Mainline Waterproofing was absolutely fantastic to work with. Extremely communicative (responded in real time to me on text and emails), quick scheduling, knowledgeable and professional. I felt so confident they would do the work correctly. We weighed the pros and cons of several options and they didn't pressure us into doing more than needed. Ultimately we put in a second pump/pit and window well drains. James also introduced us to a general contractor he knew (who has also been fantastic/communicative/speedy!). They coordinated on the work, visiting the job site together, making us even more confident. My biggest thanks to James, Herb, and the rest of the crew.
