As a patient since 2017, I could not even imagine going anywhere else for my dental care. This staff genuinely cares about each and every patient. They consistently go above and beyond with their dental care. Doctor Brendan Gouin is just over the top amazing!!! He explains your dental plan precisely and provides informative directive on your care. He makes you feel completely comfortable and is truly a personable soul... and let's not forget about his assistant Jillian. She is the one who preps you before seeing the doctor, does the x-rays, and most importantly puts you at ease... which she has amazing powers to do... especially in stressful situations. Now that's a team!!! There have been numerous emergency procedures over the years, and the staff worked incredible magic to make sure I was seen. Brittney, for one, is a lifesaver. She worked extremely hard in finding me an opening and communicated continually with updates. Every office should have a Brittney!!! I also want to mention my regular dental hygienist Kim S. My gums are extremely sensitive and during cleanings if can be a tough job not to send me to the moon with a wrong move or sharp pain. Her personality is second to none and has an amazing sense of humor... which totally relaxes me and makes me feel comfortable. I live in North Carolina for the most part, but there is no doubt I will continue to travel to Arrowhead Dental for ALL of my dental needs. I could go on and on, but believe me... if you are looking for one of the best dental experiences of your life... Arrowhead will not disappoint. I am a new patient of Dr. Rogol's and everything I've experienced so far has been incredible. Yes,…read morethat's what I said. Incredible. Who says that about a dentist?? I have a few cracked teeth that need caps and I had my first one yesterday. Dr. Rogol has an in-office set up such that he and his staff can actually make the new tooth onsite. This means I was able to be in and out in 2 hours with a brand new perfectly shaped and fitted tooth. Only one visit, one round of Novocaine, and no temporary cap while the permanent has to be sent out to be made somewhere else. The technology to do this is incredible! The other amazing part is that Dr. Rogol has called me or responded to my calls personally which has absolutely NEVER happened with any doc or dentist in my 57 years. I could go on, but I'm just so happy to be in the care of a healthcare professional that really "cares" about my "health"! Looking forward to a long relationship with Dr. Rogol and his staff as my age dictates I'll probably be having more and more "things" to deal with in my mouth :-/ Thanks to the whole office! I've had to transition from a lifelong dentist my family loved and they have made it a smooth one. JP is excellent-highly skilled, easy to talk to. I had to have a cavity taken out and replaced and I couldn't even feel the needle in my gums when he used it! It's nice that he explains things too to further put you at ease, just like the rest of the staff do in teaching you how to care for your teeth and when to call if you're worried. The rest of the staff are always nice and polite, the fish tank is soothing, it's always clean in reception and treatment areas. The appointments are always thorough and on time. They have prompt communication if anything changes or just to remind me of an upcoming appointment. They have been ever so accommodating with my changes of insurance in the past few years. I had changed to Lakeside Dental after a truly bad experience with another provider and Dr. Calitri has exceeded expectations. I have never found him to rush or to not have bedside manner. He is very nice and takes his time to explain any recommendations/his observations. I have never had a bad experience with him or his team. He repaired dental work from my prior provider that was not done that great (my fillings would break constantly) and knock on wood, I have had no issues with any work that he has done. I had massive dental anxiety, but the people at Lakeside Dental quickly put me at ease. They were friendly and professional, and before I knew it I had my smile back, after nearly ten years of living with broken and missing front teeth. Everybody I know has been blown away by how real my partials look, and I feel so much better about myself with a complete smile. Within a day I went back to have it filed down and voiced my concerns about the tooth being sensitive to sugar not cold or hot. It wasn't taken seriously and within a month from the time of the re treatment the tooth pain was so severe I had to have it removed at an emergency visit while I was on vacation, after letting them know when I came back for my cleanings that I had lost all faith and trust in having anything but cleanings done I was told they won't treat me. If you need dental care, you're by definition unhappy with your dentist. Nevertheless, some dentists do a better job of earning your trust than others (after all, few of us are qualified to evaluate an x-ray properly). I trusted this dentist for several years, but after a series of increasingly frustrating dental-care spirals, I decided to leave. The worst kind of dental visit is the one where you're going to the dentist so the dentist can fix his own mistakes. What's worse, my patience with the office staff finally wore out. Their no-nonsense approach might be efficient, but inflexibility does not always make for happy customers.
