I asked if I could speak to a male employee after being over explained to about the policy on not being able to be told about quotes over the phone. She then explained to me TWICE that it's an all female staff on 12/21/24. I'm an individual who only needs to be told things once to understand. My husband insists on coming to Disc Repay everytime we are in South Bend, and I never regret giving in to his request. I love Disc Replay for numerous reasons. For one, they have video games up the wazoo. Seriously, they have old school games and systems all the way up to current ones. Also, their posters. LOVE them. Between adult animated shows to classic movie posters, you'll be sure to find something that suits your fancy. I'm obsessed with Bob's Burgers so their food pyramid poster was right up my ally. I bought it and it now lives in my kitchen. I also am a huge fan of their variety of Nintendo handhelds, starting from the GameBoy. I will be back soon. Not a bad store, staff is fairly decent. Games are decently priced but this company has one HUGE problem that I will never agree with. If they are selling a game without a complete case, they will PRINT off a fake copy and put it inside the case to make it look real. This is VERY dishonest and you won't notice until you look closely at home. This may be fine for people just wanting to play games but as a game collector, these games are as good as trash to me. Not impressed and probably won't come back unless I'm looking closely at cover art. Some of the games even come with fake aftermarket cases. No good read more

Love the prices and the deals. Today however we called in to ask if they had a movie we wanted to buy and they said that they would look for us. It's a far drive from us so we wanted to make sure they had it. He put us on hold for a while and said they didn't have it in stock, not even in the back. We decided to go look anyways and it turns out they had the movie we were looking for so the associate lied to us just so we could probably think he checked. I don't blame it is they're busy if they want to put us on hold but simply not checking and lying is not ok. Poor customer service read more

Terrible place to go. Gamestop is much better. I bought my daughter a DS game system, and it would not work right, so the next day I took it back and they refused to return it. I spent a lot of money in their store, and will never return there again, I was treated like a crook, and had my receipt and everything, as also 2 of the five games I bought did not work. I left there upset needing a working DS for my daughter on vacation as we drove 1100 miles, so to Gamestop we went. Gamestop was awesome and very helpful I bought a great DSI from them cheaper than the broken pos DS from disc replay. read more

I will NEVER shop at disc replay ever again. I have been a loyal, frequent customer for YEARS. I just bought a PS2 for Christmas, & the PS2 was scratching my discs. I thought that maybe I just didn't realize the disc was previously scratched, so I went & bought ANOTHER new disc. Within 45 seconds, it put a full ring of scratches on my NEW disc. When I told them what happened, they didn't even care. They never apologized for the inconvenience, NOTHING. Then when we wanted the refund, we had to cancel our card previously during that week because of fraudulent charges on our card, & they said that they couldn't give us cash back, & they had to have that card, so they gave us a store credit. You really think I want to shop there after that kind of service ? Absolutely not. Worst customer service I've ever received. Absolutely furious!! read more

I LOVE disc replay! I cannot express just how amazing they are. I am an avid retro video gamer, and none of the local Gamestops carry Sega games, NES games, SNES games, or Gameboy games, but disc replay does. They are also consistently lower in price than on Amazon, and this store offers the thrill of the hunt. The staff is always very nice and they have promotions frequently (buy four items get one free, for example). They also offer buffering and cleaning services for CD games, and I have yet to purchase a game through them that did not work. read more

I can't say enough about this store. I've both bought and sold there over multiple years and have never once had a bad experience. The staff are always very friendly, even when the store is swamped. I've never once disagreed with prices they've given me on the stuff I've sold. They have a great selection of everything you can imagine and the only reason I've given 4 stars instead of 5 is that some stuff is hard to find in the store sometimes. It's nothing against the store or the staff but a few times I've been in to look for stuff and have asked if something was available and told it was...and then had trouble finding it. I think it's just because so many customers look at stuff and then put it back in the wrong place, and that's hard to keep up with because it can't really be controlled. That lone downfall aside, it's a great place to find used media and honestly, if they don't have what you're looking for, it simply might not even exist. read more
